the planes in the trailer (assuming that's what you meant when you said plane crash) have nothing to do with batman, at least not directly. It's bane collecting blood for some reason.

. Also seems clear that at some point Bane has Bruce imprisoned somewhere. I'm guessing the scene of Catwoman looking down into a cell with a worried look is her looking at fucked up Bruce before breaking him out.

Bane collecting a scientist to build a doomsday device of sorts. He took blood from the scientist and put it in a random corpse so the government wouldn't know he'd abducted said scientist as they'd assume he died in the crash.
