Wii Hardware was already done. Iwata said Tuesday would be basically All Wii U games. Probably talk up some apps like HBO to go and stuff but dont expect Hardware again

We were all assuming it was just going to be them on the show floor playing Wii U games.

Going last with the Wii U conference gives them a chance for last-minute tweaks in response to anything coming from the MS/Sony conferences, and this gives them a chance to steal any thunder from the Vita announcements Sony will be making.
