Anyone expecting more than anything but extended looks at what were shown today obviously haven't been following E3. They couldnt even make a console launch exciting. Depressing. Show the 3DSXL and redeem thyself, Nintendo.

I would say that can't have a whole hour of just Paper Mario: Sister Star, NSMB23D and Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon but after the Wii U conference...anythings possible.
Even if there are games like Fire Emblem there or massive details on the eShop (like say, N64 or something crazy) I'm worried the terrible stench and the fact it'll attract far fewer viewers will destroy the thunder those announcements would have had.

So, after the WiiU conference, they briefly talked about 3 3DS games but nothing else, was that 3DS XL redesign rumor debunked already or is this still possible tomorrow?

Scribblenauts, Epic Mickey and Castlevania will probably be a big part of it. Maybe Kingdom Hearts and Heroes of Ruin, too.
I would trade all 3 of those Mario (and Luigi) titles for a Fire Emblem localization confirmation. It's been almost 5 years since we have received a new Fire Emblem entry (Shadow Dragon was a remake of an NES title and it showed). I don't need NSMB 2 with the Wii U version coming out. Paper Mario looks pretty good, but Fire Emblem is still my most desired first party title. Don't care either way about Luigi's Mansion as I have never played the original.

Wasn't the vacuum controlled independently from moving Luigi around in the first game? I honestly don't remember. For some reason, it just makes sense to me to have it control that way.

I'm sure they'll at least give us something. Even Microsoft's conference had some sort of game announcement.

If Nintendo had any new 3DS games to reveal, they'd have done so during their main conference, instead of showing off New Super Mario Bros. 2, Luigi's Mansion 2, and Paper Mario, all of which we knew about (actually, I'm not sure if NSMB2 was previously known, but even if not, it's hardly a massive surprise).
If you're expecting anything other than seeing a bit more of games we already know about, you're setting yourselves up for disappointment.

For the same reason they showed off more of Luigi's Mansion 2 and Paper Mario 3 in their first conference. Just to keep interest high.
At least give us Fire Emblem. At least.

If they can't get the Wii U right, there's no way that the 3DS will get it right.
A Capcom staff member said "don't hold your breath" on Capcom Unity to a discussion about MH at E3.
Pretty much a no go.
As a bit of an aside, I'm glad this guy came out and said that. Sven just keeps telling us to "be patient" for almost 3 years now.

I don't intend to buy either Wii U/PS4/720 at launch this time round, so I'm relying on the Vita and 3DS to see me through for a few years
