Reporter: "Welcome to Fox News, your voice for evil. Tonight we'll be interviewing the top two candidates for Springfield's 24th congressional district. For the Republicans, beloved children's entertainer, Krusty the Clown. And for the Democrats, this guy."
Armstrong: "I have a name."
Reporter: "Yes, I'm sure you do comrade. I do appreciate you're being here, you're usually so mired in sleaze, it must be an effort to come down to the studio."
Krusty: "May I say something?"
Reporter: "Certainly, Congressman."
Armstrong: "He hasn't won yet."
Reporter: "You make a very adulterous point. We will now conclude this debate with a Krusty campaign commercial."

Yes, I know, Season 14. I still like this episode. For some reason, it sticks in my memories alongside all the older episodes.

Which episode is that one?

Mr. Spritz Goes To Washington

Another good quote from the same episode:

Marge: Quick, someone perform CPR!
Homer: I see a bad moon risin'....
Marge: No Homer, that's CCR!
Homer: (nervous) Looks like we're in for nasty weather.....
*runs*

Also, story about that quote. I wanted to post it, so I googled as much of it as I could remember. The first result was this link. Look at the second post.

I googled...and found myself from seven years ago...

...I'm scared, GAF...

Is there anything this man did that wasn't an instant classic?

Beautiful.

oh man that scene is so good

oh i am, am i? is that what you think? well if that's what you think, i have something to tell you. *struggles* something which may shock and discredit you. *struggles* and that thing is as follows...I'M NOT WEARING A TIE AT ALL

*jury gasps*

Skinner: Uh, excuse me, is there an Orange Julius stand on this floor?
Hutz: I'll sell you this one, it's almost full.
Skinner: Well, why don't I drink out of a toilet bowl.
Hutz: He'll be back

Love the way skinner adjusts his tie

Watched Lisa's Date With Density, really great episode. I never really liked it before until some months ago and soon afterwards it has become one of my favorites.

Nuke the Whales? You don’t really believe that, do you?
I dunno, gotta nuke something.

Also pride Chalmers took in his new pre-owned Honda Accord was great:

Chalmers: You know, I used to think a car was just a way of getting from point A to point B and on weekends, point C. But that was the old me. That man died the moment I laid eyes on a 1979 Honda Accord.

Skinner: I've always admired car owners and I hope to be one myself as soon as I finish paying off mother. She insists I pay her retroactively for the food I ate as a child.

If that was modern simpsons, they'd let the ball get to Homer and he'd drop it.

The whole town would start hating Bart.. I mean Homer and then he'd go crazy.

Marge would get a way for them to repeat the game and stay there til Bart.. Homer(damn I did it again) actually caught the ball and the town stopped hating him

Oh

Oh
Nonsense, not even modern Simpsons would do that. I'm 100% confident on that.

Lionel Hutz: Your Honor, my client claims that she simply forgot she was carrying this bottle of... delicious bourbon... brownest of the brown liquors... so tempting... [puts the bottle to his ear] What's that? You want me to drink you? But I'm in the middle of a trial. Excuse me. [Hutz rushes out of courtroom to call his best friend] Hello, David? I'm really tempted!

Crosby: Just take it one day at a time, and know that I love you.

Hutz: I love you too, man.

My favorite Lionel Hutz moment is still...

Lionel Hutz: Well, I didn't win. Here's your pizza.
Marge: But we did win.
Lionel Hutz: That's okay. The box is empty.

Oh

That episode was 65 levels of fucking stupid. "Hey everyone, let's hate Bart until he commits suicide! And even when he attempts it, let's hate him some more!" "Duhhh okay. Good thing we're written by a shitty writer or else we'd question this"

What episode was that? I HAVE to see it now.

EDIT:
"The Boys of Bummer". While I can see why people hate it, I personally like it.

Yet again, "Homer's Enemy" is one of my favorites.
Cheers! And no slight on your personal taste, but I totally hated Homer's Enemy, so I hope to come out of Bummer with a similar hatred ;)

There's a Facebook page that I've liked called "Simpsons Greatest Moments" or something that constantly posts gold

Edit: "The Simpsons Best Moments", get on it!
