Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut is coming next week [Up: Out now, my sweet]

I still don't have an issue with the ending as it was and the reaction to it was extremely overblown but I hope this just explains what happened to the world and characters after.

I guess you didn't have an issue with the Matrix sequels either.

You better not have to get your galaxy readiness rating up again. I'm sure everyone's is back down to 50% again.

Oh shit.
Oh well, at least the multiplayer is actually quite good (and I'm not a fan of horde mode style things).

I didn't think it would be out this soon. I guess I know what I'm doing on Tuesday.

Until then, I'll play some multiplayer to get that rating back up.

Looking forward to this.... the size fo the DLC is also quite interesting....
(This will definatly be incentive to complete my second playthrough)

Now if Bioware would fix the issue with constantly being stuck on the title screen 'Checking dowloadble content".. i would be Super happy

Still have to dissconnect my 360 from the internet if i want to play ME3 (UGH)

I spent countless hours in the first two games but couldn't bring myself to buy ME3 yet.

Will definitely wait and see how/if this makes any difference before deciding.

I guess I just have to play this, simply to see what they've changed, but at the same time I really don't want to.

Probably bad coding. We know it's not the textures.

If Bioware speak the truth, those 1.9gb might be many different cutscenes with small differences depending on what you decide in the past. Like replacing Ashley by Kaidan, Garrus missing because he was killed in ME2, stuff like that.

Well I dont remember If I have a save file where it says it's required in order to play this so this could be bad...

In the worst case I will start a fresh game later this year but I really wonder if it's going to be worth it. I finished ME2 twice and I could do the same with ME3 just need to know if it's going to be worth.

I'll really fucking laugh if it's minor shit like this instead of the canon breaking stuff.

The big question is how much was Walters involved?

Purple, Orange and Yellow endings confirmed./ joking.

I actually really enjoyed Mass Effect 3 except for Earth endgame and ending. This has some serious 'splaining to do to rectify the nonsense that is the ending. Not looking forward to having to play all the way from the last save point too see it.

i love how they keep saying "FOR NO CHARGE!!!" Could you imagine how fast they would get destroyed even if they charged a dollar.

Time to fire up that Datapad app!

Feels like I've closed the book on ME3, but have to see how this whole thing turned out. Should be fun either way.

The whole point of the DLC is that our past decisions, such as those i mentionned, will actually be showed during the ending. We'll probably see what happen to Quarians and Geths(or just one of them if you killed one of the race). If they're smart, they will show the Rachnis too.

They're not gonna change what happen with the Crucible or Shepard. They aint touching that stuff.

Laugh if you want, you're the one thinking the 2gb is just a lie and filled with crappy meaningless files. :lol

Hopefully I'm wrong and this new ending isn't as crappy and meaningless as the original.

So essentially they're not fixing the stuff that most people were complaining about and breaks the lore.

It's nice to know this is the last Bioware game I ever buy.

ME3's issues run far deeper then the crap ending. This is like trying to fix a severed limb with a band-aid.

I am infinitely more interested in seeing the internet response to this content more than the content itself. It'll be delicious.
