I had a bunch of Amazon MP3 credit to use that was expiring soon, so I just bought the BB and TDK soundtracks. I've never really listened to them on their own (outside of the moves I mean). Getting more hyped now.

I might just steer clear of the OT before I see it on the saturday evening (Australian time), all pages will just be filled with crap like:

etc. etc.

Yeah. I never jived with TDK's outside of 4-5 standout tracks, but I've probably listened to BB's in its entirety like 100 times :lol

For me, TDK's score works fine with the film, but as a standalone listen, I skip through probably half the tracks.
Yeah, I would agree 100% with that. Whereas BB's score really stands on its own and is great listening. I never skip a track.

yeah me too, soooooo good , was kinda upset a few of them werent used in TDK, but TDKR sounds on point.
Pumped for this film , before he was used for knightfall, bane had a great mini that built the character.
Straight on to Inception 2.

Joker's theme is better than or equal to the entirety of BB theme. Dat tension.
I hope not. I guess I'll follow Nolan's next project but it won't be the same. I love Bat-Gaf. I guess we can reunite when the next Batman movie is announced or released in 4-5 years. Hopefully WB learned its lesson and will never treat Batman like it did in the 90s.

I'm 33 and there are no "I'm too old for this shit" vibes at all for me. Going to that marathon isn't just about the movie. Its about hanging with the crew and being with the hype fans. The day midnight is too late to go out and do something is the day I hang myself.

28, and I can't wait for the marathon. I'm used to staying up/going out until like 4-6 am anyway, so it'll be fine. Plus, all the time i've spent marathoning seasons of tv shows have prepared me to be able to sit on my ass the entire time and not feel tired at all
