I remember hearing something about the Topanga League being related to the 25th Anniversary tourney? How will that work exactly?
I could see Persona doing it. KOF really died off hard after EVO - even here, and this was one of the better KOF areas. SNK really should announce a new fighter soon, but they won't.

In Japan the 25th Ann. Tourney starts out as a online 128 man single elim tournament. They'll bring that down to the top 8, or 7 actually. That's because the winner of the Topanga A League will get a automatic spot into the top 8 which will then be played offline and in a double elim format.

This Alphaism radio with jibbo and Ryan hunter is really eye opening. There is so much unknown tech in SFxT. It's really deep. Makes me wanna play the game again. I hope Capcom releases the patch sooner than later. It's time for SFxT's comeback.
