For what it's worth, I assure you guys that I am not going to "flip" the console whenever it arrives; I'm quite looking forward to the Wii U!
Hopefully there are more awesome GAFers and tsilon members like kurahadol to lend you guys a hand! Maybe keep watching the tsilon message board as well? There might be some members who just aren't interested in the Wii U and might be willing to request codes for others.

I have a code I don't plan on using, I was going to see if anyone wanted to trade it for a Wii U code but that doesn't look like it's going to pan out, so if it doesn't you can have it for sure

That's very true, I guess the fact that there no limits mentioned and the perk is still active doesn't really mean anything after this Bond debacle.
There is a limit for the WiiU codes. They said there would only be 100 for 40+ people. They said there would be an extra 20 given away in different ways but they haven't given any solid details on when or how it'll happen but at least sub-40 people will have a chance for them.

the tsilon forums worked for me. i traded my bond code for a WiiU code. so there is hope.

I think it's a glitch, no point in them giving a coupon code to us otherwise.
It actually doesn't seem to be, as the MoP steelbook is basically a G-list exclusive right now. That's the perk (even though it appears to have been the result of a misunderstanding).
I don't think the MoP steelbook was ever offered as a pre-order bonus like most steelbooks.
I usually never rage, but this one got me. Took me about 10 tries to finally get it lol
Ah I see, it actually makes sense. What would I do with the steelbook since I don't care about the game anyways? Lol.
Only? I probably spent 3 hours playing that game yesterday to get it. The game was better than I expected it to be, or I probably would have given up.

Yeah same here lol. Either way my code didn't work either.
I think they said they'd use them for redeeming certain perks or giving us an extra opportunity at the trivia questions we got wrong (also, they'd take them away if we broke the rules in some way), but nothing has been implemented yet.
