Playable on Vita ?

How do you download? Background?

Nope, straight through. This happened to me for warriors orochi as well. I managed to eventually get that one to work by opening certain ports on my router but they've been open ever since and it didn't stop it from happening again with this game. It's like when I download it, it downloads super fast (80 or so min for 11 gigs), and if I keep repeating the download it continues to do it that fast. But when I finally got it to work for warriors orochi, it downloaded much slower (over 200 min), and I figure if it downloads too fast it misses something and gets corrupt, but I don't know how to get one piece to dl the way WO finally did

Jees, the EU PSN Store is a clusterfuck to find anything. It's hideous, stuff all over and not well labeled. Apparently there are some One Piece DLC, but where it is I don't know.

Might get Tokyo Jungle, but even after reading and watching vids on it, I'm still don't have a freaking clue what it is lol

I did and they initiated a refund request. The lady said she has had several of these calls today. I think putting it in the Plus section next to SP caused some confusion.

She was very nice about it, so I am happy so far.

You do get it for free, check your download list for it. Are you sure you aren't confusing the DLC that was just released this week though? The one from two weeks ago or so was Gorgar and Monster Bash, this week is Black Knight and Creature from the Black Lagoon. Both Monster Bash and Creature from the Black Lagoon have the creature in them and are monster themed so it would be easy to mix them up.

(Sorry I meant to post this earlier) Unfortunately the Ratchet & Clank discount “announce” was really just an accidental thing that slipped out on the Store post before the details were final (and that’s why we removed that portion of the Store post, which you’ll notice now). Although there’s no discount for them this week, it is something we’re looking at for future Plus benefits. I don’t want to put a timeline on that though, since as you can tell, things do change.

Yup, you can also unlock them with Points you accumulate from completing challenges (which aren't that hard).
This is good in MvC1 if you can beat Onslaught more easily with one character, so just get enough points and unlock the ending(s) you want.

Also, you can equip one tape on each of the two pages. One will improve your stats and the other will give you a special attack.

There are two kinds of shops, one where you pay with money that increases the level of the tapes and the other where you pay with crystals and it increases the max level of the tapes up to level 50. The second level has both kinds of shops. The first one is after you climb a ladder and the second one is after you knock a guy into the big hole.
