Just read Uncanny Avengers. I like it but SMH at some of the revisionism going on.
Havok explaining Scott's drive was egotistic seems like utter bullshit to me considering Utopia and Second Coming where he led and protected his people because he had to.
And fuck Wanda for mentioning how she takes her responsibilities while Cyclops doesn't. Last time I checked, only one of them is in prison. Seriously, fuck her, she killed avengers, erased the mutant race and all she did was exile in eastern Europe and fuck Hawkeye. She has zero right to judge anyone.

Damn i thought i was leaving with Remender but they pulled me back in. Love the costumes, especially Storms. She's a character i think has grown quite stale so it'll be interesting to see how they develop her now she's far removed from everything Wakanda.
That Coipel cover is great, keeps the tradition of UXF having awesome covers.

Agreed. The art had no energy, and for a first issue it had zero bang. It felt like another Consequences issue.

Yeah, I'm kind of surprised he omitted in his speech his own team executing a child.
I find what Wanda said to Rogue about polishing halo's to be particularly true in this case.

X Men question - is Puck gay? Because he really would be the coolest mini hairy bear superhero ever. I've never read a story with him in it, but all the pics I see posted seem super gay and awesome.
So many gay characters in comics are these weird whitebread totally bland characters. I think it would be cool to have this oddball hairy midget be gay. It could be confrontational and badass.

Ryan Stegman (Scarlet Spider, Fantastic Four) is the artist of the first three issues, and Amazing illustrators Humberto Ramos and Giuseppe Camuncoli will rotate in on subsequent story arcs.
Stegman says there will be some alterations to the old Spidey costume tying into some new abilities that make him look a little more intimidating. "His belt looks a little different, and there's points at the end of his glove that add a little aggressiveness to his costume."
That ties into his personality, Slott confirms. "He's not going to be doing things the old Spider-Man way. There will be a new way of doing things.
"The first story arc is called 'Hero or menace?' I think that pretty much tells you where we're going."
Slott sent new Avenging Spider-Man writer Christopher Yost the issue early since he'll have the "superior" Spidey in his book wanted to get him up to speed, and Yost tweeted that, "despite being dead inside," issue 700 was "one of (the) best issues I've ever read."
"I don't know if everyone's going to react like Chris Yost," Slott says. "All I know is I'm going into my reinforced bunker when 700 comes out."
Whether or not Marvel fans storm the company's New York City offices with pitchforks and web shooters once Superior Spider-Man comes out after recently turning in the plot for the second issue, Slott predicts they're going "to be crumpling it in their hands while they're reading it" the folks inside the building are all for Spidey's new direction.

Wanda was great as it is impossible for her not to be. I 100% get the point of that encounter with Rogue. Yes, she did horrible stuff, she lost it, tragedy followed, but at one point you have to stop just feeling bad and start doing something to make ammends. AvX was the beggining, now she is trying to go keep doing it, last thing she needs is random X-Men girl accusing her of shit she knows full well she did.
Cyclops is not under arrest because she did something that had tragic consequences, as this is part of being a super hero, he is locked up because he is a threat. The problem is that he proved to be willing to risk the life of the planet on a hunch that it just might improve the life of mutants. You just can't leave a guy like that lose to form a brotherhood of evil mutants.
When Wanda was out of control and considered dangerous, the option of killing her was in the table, too. Arresting her was the minimum they would do if House of M didn't happen. Now she is better, she is focused, responsible and the most beautiful woman ever to exist in real life or fiction (except when my girlfriend cosplays the Scarlet Witch, but I won't get into that... yet). Scott, tho, he still have that messiah complex and while he doesn't chill, it is really better for everyone that he stays locked up.

You can't remove the turds you silly goose. Otherwise it's just a train on fire, and that's rad, which is the exact opposite of Dan Slott on the main Spider-Man book. Especially when he goes around saying Spider-Man will be darker -his words, not mine-. Plus it's a train wreck. It is not able to do any train business anymore. It's just metal, turds, and fire, and also it crashed into a place that takes care of lost puppies.

I didn't spoil anything. I was more or less defending Hagi who got ragged on for posting something that wasn't even a spoiler. Or at least he didn't think it was but still got attacked for it anyway.
There has to be a reasonable amount of understanding that something might be said that could be considered a spoiler, even when it's completely unintentional. It happens every week, you should expect it by now. I would think that entering a comic thread would automatically assume "beware: potential spoilers" even if it isn't in the thread title.
Attacking every little indiscretion seems like the dick move to me.
