It isn't working for me but I'm not sure if that's because the code isn't working yet or if it just isn't applying to preorders. I can't believe it's only $26.99 though in general. That's crazy cheap.

I just randomly picked Fifa 2013 d/d to test it out and it didn't apply to that either. I assume it's not live yet.

You can't activate a game two times on Steam. If you type in the code for SC2 it's just going to tell you that you already own the game -- the code remains usable.

I'd use Amazon for something far off (South Park) and GMG for something close to release (Hitman) personally. Knowing what happened with Borderlands for some people I'm not exactly eager to spend it on something that's about half a year away, even if I'd still get the key in time for release.
