Secret Identity is pretty good. Birthright is maybe worth looking for, not sure about if there is anything else Superman other than maybe some Elseworlds stuff.

The Geoff Johns Action Comics run is pretty darn good, too.

Superman: Last Son REALLY loves Donner's Superman, and the delays for these issues were deplorable. BUT in this collected edition, none of that will matter! Taken together, it's like the Donner movie we never got.

Escape from Bizarro World is another good one, with awesome Eric Powell artwork!

Superman and the Legion of Superheroes, where Superman makes it to a crazy future that has a red sun(therefore no super powers for our boy Kal-El), and must prove he's still a hero without them.

Superman: Brainiac is my favorite of the bunch, a wonderful reboot of one of Superman's greatest foes. It's dark, it's nasty, and ends with the kind of superheroic, emotionally-effecting blockbuster finale that you can only find in comic books.

I've just gotten back into comics since I was a kid in the 90s-and Immortal Iron Fist + Hickman's FF are at the top of my list. Incredible stuff.

CBR gave All New X-Men #1 3.5 stars. Seems like not a lot happens, which isn't surprising for Bendis. According to the review, the new mutant girl is named Eva and is either from Australia or Michigan.

I'm excited. And ANXM #2 is out in 2 weeks.

Isn't surprising, but by far is what most annoys me about his comics. I can't stand getting to the end of a Bendis book with the feeling that 20 pages were wasted in one minor plot advancement. Even when I think rationally and am able to detail to myself that stuff did happened, I still can't shake the feeling that he just wasted my time by not telling a story.
