The DLC for AC3 was announced before AC3 was even out, if I remember correctly, and the "trailer" for it was simply a CGI render of the promo shot that came out with that announcement.
If you're going to "reveal" something that people already know about, at least show something new. At the very least Lords of Shadow 2 had new stuff in it, even if we knew about the game.

This year's VGA was entertaining, the best so far. The Last of Us impressed me the most (again) and I can not wait to play that game!
But no next-gen reveals is really disappointing.

Despite it being a good show, I feel bad for the EU/AUS guys that stayed up to 4-5am to watch. No next-gen teaser (unless Phantom Pain was it) and the Dark Souls II trailer was just CG.
If there indeed were supposed to world premier first look at the five games, then I am disappointed that a DLC took a place and I don't know what filled the last spot.
