I think it looks great visually and Cavill is a perfect choice but I'm very pessimistic on 1. the writing and 2. Lois. Amy Adams may be a good actress and pretty but looks nothing like Lois. When I think of Lois I think of the Smallville version which was the best one so far imo in terms of both appearance and personality.
Not sure if Amy Adams' version is going to be a spunky/rude/cigarette smoking loud mouth Lois like she should be or if she's going to be some damsel in distress which would be terrible. And I'm convinced Nolan has little to nothing to do with this film, it's all Goyer and Snyder. Snyder can do nice eye candy but Goyer on the writing by himself (or with Snyder)... YIKES.

I liked that taking flight leaving the fortress scene cause it gave me that feel of "this guy is huge, powerful, and could wreck the shit out of me with a finger". The ice cracks purely out of the push he does to elevate.
Superman movies always failed to deliver on that aspect, and its the main reason why I dont really like any of them even though I love Superman
