It's refreshing to be honest. It's nice to see an actual nose, instead of the usual tiny . on face. Of course that's cute, but I really do like noses. They are very characteristic since they can come in all different shapes and sizes. I need more anime with noses.

I'm going to watch Trepeze and Mononoke as promised. I dunno if anyone is going to watch them with me. I haven't decided when I'll start yet though. In general, the "planning" for Winter is a mess because many of the good shows in Spring are still airing, most of Winter shows suck, and there were a lot of interesting announcements for Spring. So I don't think we really reached much of a consensus on anything. Then dresden stabbed me in the back with the thread change!

I was actually thinking of this, feels much more like an Oscars-style "best of the year" tune.

Bear in mind I am posting these posts to distract me from finishing watching the live action Space Brothers movie, which is actually pretty good if potentially spoileriffic if you're watching the anime. An event that happened a couple of episodes ago in the anime, for instance, happened less than halfway through the film...

Currently halfway through Green Lantern: First Flight, and I really like the visuals. they seem a lot more anime than in the other DC animated movies (at least the ones I've watched), if that makes any sense. The effects animation, the camera during the action scenes, great sense of motion, it looks pretty good.

So I was wondering does anyone know if a Japanese studio worked on this? Duckroll, perhaps?
I know Hironori Tanaka did some work on Justice League: Doom (which I have yet to see) but I can't find any information on this one.
