I wouldn't call you mediocre in a million years. In fact, I'd more likely say 'Guh.' and fan myself.
Since I've run into it before here, 'guh' is a fangirls way of saying something is so incredibly hot they've been rendered speechless.

I have this crazy callous on my left hand. It came up during Christmas Eve dinner with my family. They didn't really accept that it's from my guitar's neck.

((( I was actually a bit woozy after getting home from school. I was going to go on the computer but crashed on the couch instead. I went and got bloodwork today and had to fast for it and such so I'm guessing that's why I was burned out after going to school haha.
And on the subject of movies alone, Silver Linings Playbook popped up at my local (piece of crap) theatre so I'm gonna go see it tomorrow after work

Haha same here! Every few months I switch back and forth between red and black.
Hmnn, I am actually the opposite, I usually go to flicks alone, especially if it's a smaller, lesser known flick, although I do group up for the tentpole flicks, luckily my group doesn't blab all through the film, that drives me crazy.

I've got a couple of groups for watching most kinds of movies (from Spiderman to Horse Satan), but I'll often miss one because it just doesn't pan out and I've never gone to the movies by myself.
Same with going on vacations.
I don't really know why that is, but it makes me kinda nervous.

I've seen a movie alone before once. It was awkward..sort of...
I was supposed to meet up with my friends to this 1 particular theater for the midnight release of The Hobbit. Like a dumb ass I went to the wrong fucking theater.
I was debating just going home, or just stay and watch the film. I decided to stay since I paid for the ticket already and I wanted to see it anyways.
I've never been to a midnight premier but it was packed full of teens and young people. It felt so awkward because everybody was with the group of friends, or with there bf/gf, and I was the one sitting alone, by myself, trying not to look like some creep.

I don't go to the movies a lot. I've gone alone twice to see Transformers 1 and District 9. The other times I've gone I've been with my mum and my sister.

I saw The Hobbit with my mom. She first got me into LOTR and we saw all of those movies together.
I usually make it a point to go see summer flicks with my Pops after I've initially gone to the theater once, especially to check out flicks I've seen in 3D in their 2D state.
