I love me some salmon and herring, especially if they're smoked or salted. Years ago, there was a restaurant in ATL that served a blackened salmon dish that cemented my love of salmon.
I'm still trying to replicate it today.

As for seafood, the only ones I really love are shrimp, crab, lobster, squid, and octopus. The rest I could do without.

Though, I do use things like anchovy paste, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and bonito flakes in my cooking.

For omega-3 supplementation? The Cod liver oil comes in both liquid or capsules, unless you love the taste of it, the capsules are the way to go. I'd rather just eat some fatty fish [like salmon] once in a while, getting it through actual food is always better. I take some O3 capsules when I don't have access to seafood though.
