This kid is confirmed for good taste.I saw one student reading "Shin Sekai Yori" before class. It had to have been pretty new because the cover had anime art on it. Seems like he was just starting it. I hope he likes it.

I can still remember when the biggest problem with Magi was the rice bowls.

Why can't the art be this good all the time?

Toei announced on Thursday that its film remake of Leiji Matsumoto's Space Pirate Captain Harlock anime will open this fall. Toei made the announcement during its Tokyo unveiling of its film lineup.
Writer Harutoshi Fukui (Mobile Suit Gundam UC novels, live-action Bōkoku no Aegis) reconstructed the story to reflect the themes of modern society, and Shinji Aramaki (Appleseed) is directing with the latest filmmaking technology. According to the news source Oricon, this film has Toei Animation's highest production budget ever at the equivalent of over 30 million U.S. dollars.

That's the way to do it!HeartCatch Precure - 41
Erika should really look into doing puppet shows as a part time job after her Precure duties are over.
Finally quoted and both times for the show I loved to hate. I seem to be getting more associated with it than Kayos.
Whoa. The Captain Harlock CG movie is really happening!

Why did this dumb Ron Paul .gif have to come back and be all over the place?

All that boob bouncing mang.
The protagonist is obviously Saki and her sidekick A. Anyone can work that out dummy.Saki Side A Episode 14
Is anyone else having a hard time keeping track of who the protagonist actually is in this series (especially after the long break)? I'm wondering if I have a short attention span of if this is an inherent weakness in the writing/character design. I don't ever remember having this hard of a time even with large casts in other animes.
But that CGI Skeleton thing puts most Pixar films to shame.Sword Art Online clearly has a sizeable budget but I'm not sure they put their money to the best use with how inconsistent it is, not to mention all the ugly CGI.
Usually when you are unsure it's best to double check the fact before posting.??? I was remembering something I had read and i remembered it wrong. Sorry that I happen to remember it differently than what was. We're not all perfect like you.
She still the worst K-On though. So there was some Azunyan vs Anko talk earlier and I just wanted to briefly chime in on that. I don't think this is a fair comparison - in fact, I'm not even sure that I see the comparison. While they are both arguably adorable, Akno is still just a kid. Azunyan, on the other hand, is a fully grown woman. But her appeal isn't just in her looks - she is also unintentionally moe, without any excuse (whereas Anko has reason to be). Despite her maturity in other areas, her density to contextual situations (as well as her ability to be easily manipulated) is highly unbecoming of her own self perceptions! In this sense she becomes a paradox unto herself. A lovable walking contradiction who is constantly the epitome of what she tries so hard not to be. Her frustrations and refusal to accept this is easily projectable for any average person. While one could certainly treat Azunyan as a woman (and expect her body to respond as one) she is also capable of satisfying the viewer's lustful desire for innocence at the same time. Azunyan is not only a complex character study, but a reflection, and commentary of our own needs.
The inside of my mind.Speaking of Hanamaru Kindergarten, this is what its like inside my brain.
Kind of.
You're a good dude, and yeah Nakiami rocks!
The kids like dem bishie. You got the gender split for the vote?
Your kids would be, like, 14? And they still watch Anpanman? :lol I like the hipsters choosing "I don't like anything". They're well on their way to being anime protagonists.

I like how they just make white squares to simulate light reflecting off his face.
I suppose that's a viable curiosity though perhaps unintentially humorous.
Did they have to use that picture? Did they really?
That looks like Square Enix Visual Works. I wish it were.Whoa. The Captain Harlock CG movie is really happening!
wtfwtfwtfwtfwtf

This was awful. Cliches around every damn corner. We have the villain in front of a fireplace, twirling a knife before he flings it at a map. All it needed was Ode to Joy somewhere. Then there are straight contradictions in the storyline but whatever, the story has always been shit. We have a 'love conquers all' bullshit type ending and the stakes are raised in the most laughable manner possible. This is the stupidest plot I've seen in awhile. I was apathetic to the anime till the final arc came around and went straight into the shitter. I mean it was bad but I could roll with it. The final arc is on a whole separate level of idiocy.
I'm okay with this outcome too!I think it's Sega Sammy Visual Entertainment. They did the original pilot trailer 2 years ago.

The characters are, for the most part, idiots and love-stricken puppies at that.
This show has also driven home the point that I hate CG mecha, viciously. All of it should be hand-drawn.
You should just play the OG Muv-Luv Alternative VN bro.
I don't see him getting through Extra and Unlimited.
I have to ask this while wonzo is pimping Polar Bear Cafe: why do I keep seeing a panda bear when its Polar Bear Cafe?
The shit I'm seeing in Muv-Luv has ascended beyond stupidity. I thought AO was the bottom of the barrel, I was wrong.
Every stupid cliche, every illogical choice, every dumbass action scene all collapsed into one big singularity.
Christ.
Because Panda's one of the main characters.I have to ask this while wonzo is pimping Polar Bear Cafe: why do I keep seeing a panda bear when its Polar Bear Cafe?

Eleven comments telling me to avoid Guilty Crown. Guess I'll be avoiding it then. I'll have to prepare myself to finally watch Gintama anyway.
*hugs Chihayafuru
So, I just watched Accel #1, Chu2koi #1,2, Chahayafuru #1,2, and first impressions leave me wanting to finish them in this order: Chu2, Accel, and Chihaya; but it could be that Accel world got bumped up unnecessarily because of the cliffhanger ending.
Chihaya just feels like most other sports show; Saki felt like a stronger show. I'll probably put this one on the reserve backlist and will finish it... eventually.
