Someone answer this man please. I have the same question.
You can't use the credit card but you can use PayPal and add funds with that credit card to the PayPal account.

Go create a PayPal account.I don't get that? Is there a better explanation for this method and hooking paypal up to your EU account? I've never used paypal before.
My god, Vanquish is amazing. Love it so much. Thank you, PS+!
Now give me Sleeping Dogs next week.![]()
Go create a PayPal account.
Go to the SEN website and log into your EU PSN account and select PayPal as your option to add funds.
Select the amount of funds you want to add and they'll send you to PayPal to log into your account there and add the funds from your credit card.
Now that the money is in your EU account wallet you can spend it however you like from either the webstore, PS3 store or Vita store.
So you can top up EU PSN with US paypal? It doesn't work the other way around.
I don't know, I made a thread about it [http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=495861] and it seems like it doesn't work. Your PayPal account has to be in the same region as your PSN account.
So if someone in the US makes an EU Paypal account they can add funds to their EU account right?

Can you even create a EU account without a EU credit card?
I think you could argue the point that Sony is now using Instant Game Collection as a sort of introductory service for those late on the PS3, and to an extent as part of a reach out to prospective Vita owners. If you can take that logic then it makes sense that we're getting games that have already been in the consciousness of the more "hardcore" gamer. I'd actually love to know the process behind which games get chosen for the IGC ; how much it costs which vested interest, whether sales of DLC are a major factor in picking the games and soforth.
I agree that it's unfortunate that sometimes we get games we've already played ; for me personally though, the chance to play a lot of games I wouldn't have been able to afford or might not have necessarily been interested far outweighs the chance I've bought and enjoyed a game already.
Since it's a Vita game expiring tomorrow (Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus) I'm expecting a Vita compatible game.On that note, I hope no one is really expecting Sleeping Dogs for US today. Vanquish was an awesome retail game and I imagine they'll go for a PSN title instead this week.
P4G would be nice.Since it's a Vita game expiring tomorrow (Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus) I'm expecting a Vita compatible game.

That's... disappointing, though I'm curious to see the sale winners.
Well, wanted to see which games won for Gamers choice awards.
PvZ? Pft, it's currently free on iOS.![]()
Is Escape Plan worth getting? It's a little disheartening that Vita's anniversary sale is full of so many mediocre looking games.
Platinum Trophy + shake the Vita to collect sun+coins. :lolTrue, and a bit disappointing. Like I said, I wasn't expecting Sleeping Dogs, but I already played this on iOS (and they gave away the PS3 version about a year ago as well). Does the Vita version have anything extra?
Not really normally a big complainer, but SCEE gives out DOA5 and ME3 for next month, and we get PvZ.
You have to be kidding me...
They pay almost $15 more.
