Hoping to get lucky here...
Looking for a copy of Forza 4 for sub-$25 shipped.
I keep striking out on eBay and losing the final bid on some (that have been going for ~$20) and I'm worried that some of the cheaper listings that use stock photos are the inferior Essentials Edition.
The game had held its value with the major retailers as well.

So if anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it. I'm flying back to my work on Wednesday though so it would require APO shipping (which doesn't require much else extra besides a customs slip).

I've got PayPal, Amazon Gift Cards, or could do an Amazin Payment if someone wanted that option and walked me through how to do it.

He hasn't opened up a dispute for the simple fact that his case would be incredibly hard to hold up.

1) The item was delivered to a confirmed address that, in actuality, wasn't his proper address.
2) Proof of satisfaction exists as a result of the positive feedback left on your account upon delivery.
3) There's a two week delay where any sort of event could've happened to cause the supposed error.
4) Unless you guaranteed a timeline of working condition, it isn't on you to cover incidents after the initial obtainment.
5) Heavy reluctance in providing a return due to the cost and hassle of shipping from his actual location.

Frankly said, it seems like the man just wants to have his cake and eat it too as he's clearly trying to guilt trip you into a refund despite the lack of proper evidence and zero to low chance of return on his part.

Ebay's policies are ass-backward on everything. He can say his account was hacked and his credit card stolen even if you can prove you sent it to his address. Paypal can't do anything because credit cards will charge them almost every single time. I think he has a good chance of winning a dispute if he opens one up as long as he used a credit card. Sucks, but that's why I very, very rarely sell on Ebay anymore. I don't think I've sold anything there for over a year because I was tired of getting disputed over fraudulent charges.

For those who aren't sellers, this is what a dispute does:
1) You lose the item.
2) You lose the money you made for selling the item.
3) You lose another $20-40 because of the Paypal "chargeback arbitration fee."

So stupid.

I have lots of positive feedback on here and 100% feedback (over 125 transactions) on eBay.

Rapid Fire Modded Wireless 360 Controller with extras

I did this in my Call of Duty phase, and spent a ton of money on this. In retrospect, it was kinda foolish, but I still like it. Turns out, I need the money more than I need the controller.
Anyway, it has:
-A color shifting case
-Aluminum Modstick brand analogs. The main feature of these, is that you can easily customize the height of the analog stick (low or tall) for increased accuracy. A tall stick would have better accuracy for sniper weapons, for example.
-Aluminum Modstick brand triggers. You can adjust the tension of the triggers (to have a stiff trigger, or a hair trigger). I also include trigger limiters, which will allow you to use the triggers like buttons for shooters.
-Rapid Fire. Nothing fancy here. I'll include the documentation with it.

Anyway, looking for $65 shipped. Everything here alone costed me double that, but I understand that custom stuff has a generally limited audience, so I'm putting a good deal here.
