Well that kinda sucks.Maybe they can patch it in.
Guess i'll hold off and see what the general vitagaf opinion is.
This was going to be my first and probably only fighting game for vita ( unless somehow skullgirls makes it ) it seemed to be easily accessible and everyone seemed down.

I pre-ordered DOA5+ today but kinda bummed about no lobbies since that's how I met some cool people on PSN. I guess you can always invite everyone into a cross chat voice chat or text chat while...yeah, not really the same. Well, I'm fine with simple match. Don't really care about rank.
Oh so it was sarcasm lol. You never know with you, though!
Now I really think DOA5+ need to be somewhat cheaper.

yeah i will. i already have the cash put aside in my psn wallet just for this and did enjoy the 3ds game more then i shouldve. id think its near impossible to be worse than that version.
i also have a weakness for scantily clad ladies in games.
So the game with a Plus in its title actually subtracted some of the features from the vanilla version. Hopefully Team Ninja patch in some of those in the future.

How is Monster Hunter Freedom Unite when played on vita?
3DS demo of 3 makes me squint my eyes due to screensize, has forced myself back to playing wii.
But never played ones before it, google image pics look good.

I really hope we get some great Vita announcements at E3. I know the PS4 is going to be the big talk, but I would be really nice to have about 30 minutes of their conference dedicated to showing games for the Vita. Actually I am easy to please, announce Bend's next game and Gravity Rush 2 and I am good.

Ok, Vita Bros/Muffins, I've seen a lot of conflicting opinions, but what is the best grip case solution. When answering this, consider:
1) I have a white Vita, and would prefer white grips.
2) I'm a big fan of the dock. How easy is it to attach/remove these grips?
My arms and hands have been going numb anytime I play a handheld, so I'm hoping some proper grips will solve it.

MHFU is amazing on the Vita. Especially since you can have the right thumb stick set as camera (Thank every god).
I didn't notice much jaggies either but I think there is something you can select for psp games that cleans up most of the upscaling, wish I could remember what it was called >.<
Edit: Oh and first time poster, long time reader here
. Happy to join the Riders of VitahanPretty good, colors pop on the OLED and the second stick works real great for non-claw users, though I found with the bow it's best to use the D-Pad to aim anyway, but overall FU is good assuming you like MH in the first place.

Monster Hunter Freedom Unite is honestly still the best looking of the series ...from an art perspective mind you
I've said it numerous times but I vastly prefer the whole B.C/Primal aesthetics to the whole Oceanic one found in the Tri series

When you're playing by yourself a little pop up window pops up, you then press select and you play online. After your match is done you back to single player. Iiiiii waaaant iiiiit thaaaat waaaaay!

That's called Throwdowns in the console versions, and it's not in DOA5+ either.
DOA5- should be the name if they're being honest.

I've had a problem with my Vita since back in December, but I've never gotten around to dealing with it.
Basically, it won't turn on. It just stays on a black screen with the Playstation button glowing blue. After awhile it will turn back off.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you entered recovery mode?
If the OT was just this one image then that would be enough.

No tag battle either? Hmm, I might cancel my preorder now as I wasn't exactly overly impressed with Sigma 2+ and the thought of the Vita version of DOA5 missing several features I'd use kind of kills my hype for the game (especially as I just got the PS3 version for free via PS+). I'll wait and see what other info trickles out but I'm a bit weary at the mo...

Just did. It was surprising to see something displayed on the screen after all this time. All options I choose result in a black screen and nothing else. "Restore the PS vita system" caused a little loading screen but then a black screen as well.

Did you remove the game and MC just in case anything there was causing some kind of conflict? You should probably use it pluged in to the outlet, with no game or MC and try to restore the DB then reset the console.

Wow, all I had to do was Update the system. I did take out the memory card and game back when this first happened, but now I can't remember where I put the memory card! Time to go on a long hunt for it.

I'm glad they got rid of missions in story mode for DOA5+, never used lobbies on PS3 so its absence on vita version is not a deal breaker for me.

I was testing Doa5 on ps3 (my forst DOA ever) and are people seriously using block on square button ?
BTW do we know if it has single set of trophies on PSV and on PS3 or two sets ?

Makes me want to close my ears and scream industructable to myself.
Played the daily int tourney (18 holes) on HSG today. Man I don't know what that update fully contains but the day to night transition on the last 3 holes looks gorgeous. Not sure if graphical upgrades were part of the deal but it seems on another level to what I've been accustomed too.
Anastacio if your reading this I've sent you a turn based challenge request. I've set the reply time to 72hrs so no rush. I also selected novice characters with standard clubs in case you haven't unlocked everthing.
Anyone else wanting a golf buddy for leaderboards, turn based tourneys or general golf hi jinx add spagetti69. (No H in spag(H)etti).

Have you configured email app and set auto check for e-mail? I had same problem bit turning it off block disappeared
Game SAVED. Lobbies with more than 2 people were incredible laggy on the PS3 version. Spare me the trouble to make 2 person lobby with private invitations.
Sucks for the tag mode, but it is weird that is avaliable on the story mode. And also, won't have cross play with tag battle onlines with PS3 version?
