X2 has the best system in the series. The 13 abominations dont come close. Wow this looks good. Im impressed SE. X has some bad moments but i liked the battle system as well and the music was amazing. Gives me a warm feeling. FFX's story does not hold up very well from my childhood

Yeah, Square should be really happy with its performance as long as they didn't have insane expectations for it. And hopefully it shows them that consoles is where the series belongs.

It's fine to do spin offs on handhelds. I think we see that mainline FFs and KHs should stick to consoles with the occasional spin offs getting a handheld treatment. DQ is a tough one, but it could move its mainline games to handhelds permanently without a problem, there are also some handheld specific spin offs that wouldn't translate well to consoles so they would have to create new console handhelds if they were to go that route.

The one and only time I ever managed to earn her sigil, I fell into some sort of zone out there on the Thunder Plains. When it was all said and done, I'd dodged 280-something bolts. Never again.......unless it's needed for the platinum.

Plus pitch-perfect pacing, intelligent bosses and (a winner in my view) the sphere grid. I rather wish it had multiplayer battles, though; your pokemon against mine, that sort of thing. If someone ever is going to hack things into ffx please make it do that.

There will be grinding, so much grinding to get to that point. But that would be one trophy that would be worth having.

Plus it'd be nice if FFX's platinum trophy was actually worth a bit. Penance down would be one part of that. Also when you do beat Penance, then go kill the final boss in three hits. Before it gets a turn.

The funny thing about obtaining the sigils is that I kind of enjoy the challenges. The pay-off is pretty sweet, in any event.

It's possible that the Asian version would have it, a la FFXIII and XIII-2, but then again, the International editions of these games had English voices... so maybe they'll retain those in every region.

But at the same time it has some of the very best as well. In fact I'd say Memory of Lightwaves is my favourite piece of Final Fantasy music. There was realtime footage for FFX. It looked good except for the mouths when they were talking. Especially when Yuna was talking. Her mouth kind of moved like she was a ventriloquist puppet, it seemed like.
