I didn't mind the lack of cutscenes in P3P, to be honest. My biggest annoyance was the lack of exploration. It took away from my sense of immersion or something... I'm not completely sure why myself.
Atlus really needs to make P3G at some point with FeMC, The Answer, cutscenes, and P4G's gameplay tweaks all intact.
p3p: female main character option, full party control, reduced animated scenes, menu based movement in towns.
P3Fes: more animated scenes, full movement in towns, lack of party control, additional continuation to the story that I found super grindy and boring, and uh yeah...
oh yeah it should be obvious but p3p lends itself to portability a tad more than p3fes does
they need to completely remake The Answer... it was so boring... i couldn't get through it. The story wasn't terrible but one of the main reasons I like persona 3/4 is doing other things... they should have made it more open and have social links and what not like the base game has instead of just dungeon crawl after dungeon crawl @_@

Anyone have an idea about this. It's annoying when I'm trying to sleep and it starts flashing randomly at a high frequency, haha.
don't know if you can, but my advice would be to just get a case and stick it in a case at night.

I don't think I will need anything bigger than a 32gb card until at least next year.

Do you need the space? If so, and you're not gonna play it anymore, then sure. Delete it. If not, just leave it. It's not gonna hurt you being there.

If the multiplayer's not to your liking, then there's not much else to do. It has some of the worst single player content offerings I've ever seen in a modern video game.
Remember to back up your save though.
because most of the stuff that actually interests me that is digital is tiny, and the rest i am getting at retail. I will have to delete stuff at some point due to ps+ but I won't have any troubles deleting uncharted or ninja gaiden from my psv if the time ever comes that i need the space... heck I have enough free room right now I am going to install disgaea 3 from plus even though I have the cart lol.
The indie influx to the vita is nice to see, but all of the ones it's getting that I would want to play, I already own and beat on the PC, and very few of them would I want to replay on the handheld. Which is why I am so excited for isaac though as that one will make a great handheld game.
I'm sure there will be stuff to come out that interests me, but it's very unlikely I will bite on anything that comes out at a price higher than $15 this year on the vita unless it's a physical copy... thus even stuff like totori which I have minor interest in I likely won't be getting this year unless there is a good sale, which I don't expect to see happen until next year, thus why I don't think I will need a new card until then.
on a different note how many people in here are planning on playing disgaea 3 when it launches on PS+ next week and would want me to make a beginners guide to explain some of the systems in disgaea (and would actually read that)?

Though you can do the Izuna Drop with a couple other weapons too, so the first combo might be it for another weapon.
Did you do all the challenges and beat it on Master Ninja already?
Right. I'm probably thinking of the in-air Izuna Drop for the move to be pulled that way. Or I'm thinking of my time of Very Hard back when the OG Ninja Gaiden (read: before Black) released on X-box and I had to wait until I got the Izuna Drop scroll. Oy. :/
That said, if I knew it was an extra X it would've made my life easier.

Well i just need to beat arcade mode with all characters and then I platinum it. I figured i could delete it after backing it up on plus and start Stranger's wrath with P4g.

Lets hope this games comes to plus next year cause I just bought it.

For me it would be multi tasking and game would be uncharted/wipeout 2048. Both games are gorgeous and so replayable. Even after platinuming uncharted I am still feeling like playing it again. As for wipeout there are too manuy unlockables. Speed Laps, A+ Challenges

That's what I just did. Ground out the platinum and deleted it to get 2.3gb of space back -- I can play it on PS3 with my friends if I so desire.
I can't believe you got the platinum. I haven't even touched the online to get the online trophies that stop me from doing that simply because I can't stand the game. :/
Became an Izuna Dropping freight train now that my muscle memory is coming back on this game. Now if only I could Izuna Drop this easy in DOA5 I'd be Ryu Hayabusa.

Tell me about it, I have 16 to go and its sooooo lame/boring. Subspace Emissary was so much better.
And i forgot disgaea is coming, i might just download that instead of starting SW.
Should I get Ragnarok if i could get it for $20 or should I wait for SS?

I sure did. Actually I played the journey mode with some breaks via suspend and it popped.
All Persona it's on sale for two weeks... I bought 1 and both 2. XD
Since last week, it's another Sporadic Atlus sale. You have until Tuesday evening to get it so grab it while you can (though really, FES is better).

If someone who has played Persona 4 Golden tells me that Persona 3 Portable is anywhere close to as good I'll buy it. I just don't want to regret it even if it's only $10.

Looking at buying SFA3Max, does anyone have it? I read on PSP a lot of people had a problem where a "No Memory Card" error would appear when saving, hoping that isn't the case with Vita.

I love Persona 4 Golden and I can heartily recommend Persona 3 Portable. I've put at least 60 hours into it, so $10 is a steal to me.
Female protagonist with new S.Links and the ability to control all party members are fantastic features. Yeah, exploration in the city is menu based, but think of it as a visual novel and it won't feel that bad.

Awwwwww, you selling it? I am really not sure though, Firmware perhaps is still on there. I think wants you put a card into the vita it will format it and in doing so they probably put some encryption data on the card or something.
I'm just getting rid of my 4gb card which is useless to me and I need a few extra bucks at gamestop to get me 10k points (for a $10 off coupon).
There was some message after the vita restarted after the format that said updating database or something like that. I'm assuming that's what it did?
Correct. The stuff there is for the "database"/file systems and that's about it. If your card is clean it doesn't have your personal data on it. IIRC your account info is saved on the system in the hardware "internal RAM" or whatever instead of the memory card. After all, they needed a way to have people sign into PSN/make PSN accounts without a memory card.
