One of the two teams is gonna be wrong, and until I'm sure he's not turning I will support his heel turn forever.

I don't want Cena to go heel.

Mainly because I don't want, once again, Cena to overshadow Punk on that level. Punk has built himself to be the top heel in the company, and a Cena turn means Punk is no longer the top heel.

But if the rumors are true about Punk taking a break to heal up his injuries then it's perfect time for Cena to go heel, then have Punk come back as Face...
 
I was hoping Sunflower would have his stream going today, but its offline.

Despite the fact that I know this is going to be WM 11 levels of bad, I'm still hyped.

After the current storyline they would have to do some storyline magic to have Punk return as a face.


On the subject of a Cena turn what towns are they need for the next few weeks of RAW?

I remember reading one of the post mania RAW's is in home of Boston and they hate him there so thats something.
 
What percentage will Cena's powers decrease when he definately turns this sunday? Will he be a chickenshit or will he body the entire roster? #heelproblems
 
All packed and ready! Doing production on WrestleCon first, though. Come say hi! And hopefully we can load out so I'm not too late to get decent parking for Mania :- At least it's only like 10 minutes away, so the traffic bust won't be too awful.

I think if Cena turns on sunday he will be WWE's first long term (as in more then 1 PPV) dominant heel who doesnt cheat every single match in god knows how long.

First since Evolution Triple H?

Hey remember when Triple H was in evolution and spent a solid 2 years burring the entire roster, single handedly causing a mid card talent suffering from to this today? Fun times.
 
I loved Wrestlemania 27 where I could just walk to Mania from my hotel.....same with Raw.

Had to drive all across Atlanta for everything else though.

They could run a promo vid about how Punk went away to battle his inner demons and find peace with the world or some crap. Easy.

That'll be awesome. I will thoroughly enjoy booing the shit out of him. And cheering for whoever is trying to conquer him, whoever it may be, however in vain it might be. That's the way it should be.

All they'd have to do is just have Punk face other heels. The guy still got his name chanted after dumping Paul Bearer's ashes all over Undertaker. There's absolutely no magic required to get him to get face pops from the crowd.

I enjoyed it. But then, I was only 16. I couldn't believe what was happening when he started teaming with HHH.

Heel turns are always awesome.

I think current Cena could be a really good heel. But there is no one to take up his mantle as #1 merch pusher. People always say "but Hogan turned heel!" but he was an after thought at the time, and his heel turn made him relevant again. Cena is still the number one guy. Though CM Punk's recent heel run has been immensely entertaining, I think it was kind of a waste since he was really popular as a face, even though he was constantly shoved aside for Cena angles.

That was because of so many things. For one, Austin teaming with McMahon was something no one wanted to see. People got tired of the McMahon family drama that was showcased for years and was really highlighted the past year or so. Also at the time, they were going with the WCW invasion angle, so he was heel for like a month, then face, then he betrayed the WWF and became a heel, but became a face soon after the angle ended. Too many flip flops, and again there wasn't another face to really showcase (The Rock was filming movies).

Agreed. Until HHH tore his quad and everything had to be scrapped, that was building to be a really good angle.

I didn't like Punks heel run up until recently. Although him and Heyman have provided many great moments, that I can't deny. He's working fantastically with this Undertaker fued though.
