It's weird it reminds me more of mew than mewtwo. The designs really have softened over the years.

I think that's part of the appeal to me, more of a true "clone" of Mew.

I mean, original Mewtwo was mainly about offense. The design choice (and from what I saw, the choppy gameplay footage) kind of suggests more offense-orientated.

Evolutions can just be a redistribution of stats, not just increases. Take Scyhter > Scizor. It's base stat total remains 500; it just loses speed and gains attack and defense.

Makes it look like a more advanced genetic experiment imo. Though sausage fingers are a staple of Mewtwo's design anyway lol.

Mewtwo already had sausage fingers. And the tail on his head feels more like its spinal cord evolving.
