I don't necessarily understand this line of thinking. Just because a country may have trained them, it doesn't mean that they're under some sort of orders or anything.

Get training, retire from military service, get some crazy ideals, go to a foreign country, detonate some bombs.

Officially Pakistan will deny any involvement, but they have a history with attacks like this, as Mumbai and other atrocities in India proved.

It's someone attempting to transcribe the scanner and any official updates in a summary format. For the most part they've done a great job, but occasionally get some stuff wrong (as we all do).

The death toll may be low, but they have injured a lot of people. And it's a miracle that more people didn't die at the marathon.

Not so much that, and that's definitely true about the low death count. I just meant what's happened tonight. Getting stopped by that single officer at MIT, relying on car jackings and a 7-11 robbery. It all seems so... haphazard.

But like I said, it could be true, I don't know. I'm just a random IT guy listening to the police scanner while playing World of Warcraft in my living room. So I'm pretty much the opposite of an expert.
