A dead man's switch (for other names, see alternative names) is a switch that is automatically operated in case the human operator becomes incapacitated, such as through death or loss of consciousness.

I'd say this is more a case of disgruntled teens, but will be spun into "evil foreign terrorists". So many desperately want to emphasize that these are not americans, and yes they're immigrants, but they've been in the US for several years. Were going to american colleges. Correct. It's a trigger you have to keep held down with pressure otherwise it goes off.
