I'm well aware of all of those facts! My ideal scenario just has my top few preferences (namely Black Dahlia) in the top ten, so my bases are better covered just in case Annie doesn't win.

Eh, I really don't think so. People have all been voting for the same "top choices" so all those second and third rank votes aren't getting any support; ultimately the result will be same.

At least that is what it feels like to me. Everyone after your first is merely a backup vote. I've got a whole bunch of backups. I like this system so much more than the one used for the first vote.

I honestly think they will give priority to story-relevant characters or characters Mike is interested in creating; I don't see them using "popularity" to choose any further additions to the cast.
