Let's talk about the best female villains in games, whether they be side characters or the big bad. The best one in recent memory is definitely GlaDOS.

Yes, it's an AI, but of course it is supposed to be feminine. He passive-aggressive attitude and clever quips catch you off guard when playing Portal for the first time. What you assume is the equivalent of a futuristic GPS turns out to be a condescending and sadistic maniac. Portal is one of the few series that has a female hero and villain come to think of it.

So share your favorite/least favorite female villains. Girl power?

GlaDOS is without a doubt one of my favourite characters, villain or otherwise. I'd chuck The Boss and Mona Sax in, too, even though neither are strictly villains and the latter ends up a practically a sidekick in the sequel.

They're AWESOME, but I would've loved them more if they had more introduction to them. For instance, rather than just having one "major" cutscene that does it. I'm talking about this one:

^It's one of my favorite cutscene of all time, but the game needed more of those! By the time you got to fight them, you weren't that afraid - and when I encounter bosses in an MGS-game, I want to be petrified.
