Here's what the official NA announcement says:

We're having a Nintendo Direct tomorrow to provide updates on upcoming summer Wii U and Nintendo 3DS games.

And the NoE announcement is:

A new #NintendoDirectEU with a focus on #WiiU spring/summer titles will be streamed tomorrow, 17/5 at 4pm CEST

Nowhere does it say it's only about 1st party games. Now, 1st party games will undoubtedly be the focus, yes, but they might still shove some 3rd party stuff in at the end. With that in mind I wouldn't be surprised if they show like 10 seconds of the Wii U ports of Resident Evil: Revelations. That's the most likely possibility.
