Great work! It's a shame the mechonis can't be moved though. Would be epic with it looming over everything.

I'm just thinking, we should have represented all of the franchises we wanted first and then allocated ourselves once everything was set up. Doesn't really matter now though I guess. Thanks for the hard work, Beetleking!

HYPE!

HONK! HONK!

Represent the Pigmask, please!

I love how the picture when from a single bullet bill to...everything else. Good representation of the explosion of hype.

Guys, if you really want to hear Hiroyuki Sawano's latest work, I highly recommend watching the anime Attack on Titan/Shingeki no Kyojin. He's the composer, and although some tracks are a little odd with vocals, the audiovisual aspects of certain scenes are absolutely sublime. The best music appears in scenes that will spoil you on the story, so I'm reluctant to link them here. However, there's only seven episodes out so far, so it shouldn't take you more than a few hours to watch it all. I really recommend it. However, one of his flaws is that a few of his tracks sound quite similar to each other.

Anyway, I have selected two of some of my favorite moments in the latest episode. Do not watch these if you don't want to be spoiled on Shingeki no Kyojin. Even the video titles are a slight spoiler. You might be able to listen to the music only, but the context of the scene makes the music sound even better.

Here are examples of Sawano's past work:

Unicorn
Tears of the Dragon
Krone

I'm really not feeling his style at all most of the time. This all sounds very one-note to me, and also a lot like the song in the X trailer. That big "chorus" thing that gets loud with strings and optional choir with a key shift seems to be his modus operandi. I hope he only handles a tiny section and they're assembling a team of composers again for this one like with Xenoblade.

I fucking cringe at pretty much any video game voice acting, but for the most time I could actually tolerate Xenoblade's which is a huuuuuge compliment. That the rest of the game was fucking awesome is also good :p

The last fully voice acted game I played but couldn't get past the cringeworthiness was Virtue's Last Reward. :P I really, really wanted to like that game but I was one of the few who hated the voice acting. That Xenoblade scene was like the extreme opposite end on of the spectrum of quality.

Just get rid of the big Mechonis and make the image wider. Or someone sacrifices themselves and starts over from scratch :)

Yeah if you can get rid of either of the Mechonis and simply re-apply those faces to Lakity Clouds, Warp Stars, whatever, it'd be a lot cleaner looking.

That's a pretty fair assessment, although I admit I don't know enough about music to be too critical of it.

I really do miss the Xenoblade sound team, but I assume Sawano will be the main composer since he was even given a shout out in the trailer.

The trailer opens with the normal WW opening but its narrated like Nintendo has done with similar intro's lately.

Then after that we see the normal gameplay montage with ether the normal Zelda trailer music playing or something from the Legend of the goddess symphony.

The montage will show brief snippets of new locations that imply the cut content is back. The montage ends and we hear a deep voice say, "The wind, it is blowing" and the trailer ends. Nintendo says that WWHD will be the first Zelda to feature full voice acting.

Link will still be silent and the game has the option to turn off VA, your reaction?
