So does this mean they will actually show some Vita stuff this time? I'm not waiting until gamescom again.
Surely, they have to show GT6, at least...

Actually they really don't. They just had a big reveal for it with screens, video and interviews.

GT is biggest in Europe. I'd expect to see it at Gamescom, not E3.

I think they would probably show it briefly during the "and PS3 story isn't over yet..." part.
Nintendo didn't want to compete for coverage with its two competitors basically launching next gen consoles. Probably a smart move

They have to spend time on Vita. If they don't, we'll never hear the end of how the system is dead. It doesn't have to be that way if Sony spend some time focusing on it, like maybe 15-20 minutes announcing new games and showing off some short live demos, to prove to Vita owners and those interested in buying one that they aren't turning their backs on it. I think it would be a grievous error for them to stonewall the Vita completely in favour of focusing solely on the PS4.

I don't expect anything new but do expect news for beyond, rain, maybe a launch trailer for tlou. Also news for ffx hd collection or maybe that will be at se conference along with lightning returns

We still have no idea when that's going to be unveiled. I'd like to think it's an E3 reveal, but who knows. Shahid isn't telling.

The Last of Us us being released around that time. Surely it'll get at least a mention.
I can see them doing a short segment on how the PS3's 10 year plan is on track and maybe show a 2 minute GT6 trailer with a date. Perhaps a PS3 price cut announcement?

That would also resolve the dilemma of how to handle GT6 and Driveclub in the same conference.
Sony could do 20 minutes of PS3 at Gamescon showing off Beyond, Puppeteer, Until Dawn and GT6 with a price cut. Those titles are all autumn titles anyway so that'd make sense in terms of hype building.

I've been Kazified and that was great. But Kaz wasn't there in February, Cerny delivered instead. So I'm going with Cerny and a few days before E3, I'll be with Kaz again.

TLoU will be out basically. Beyond, GT, Puppeteer, Rain etc, I don't know, maybe put them in a montage? Although, MS will be talking about the 360, they have a slim-er coming, and they've hinted at an E3 reveal I believe. I think Sony should hold off on anything that's not going to sell PS4s. Even if MS have 15 exclusives in the first year, Sony's line up will be significantly better, the core audience is already leaning towards Sony, they should solidify the core base's interest while they have a captive audience. They have Germany for the PS3 stuff, Tokyo for the Vita, E3 should be wall to wall PS4 must own exclusives.
