So who's downloading this from the eShop at the midnight release? And are you gonna play at night or let it download and play the next day?

I have to wait until I pick up my AC 3DSXL the following day, so I most likely won't be able to play until around noon since I also have to do the whole transfer from 3DS to 3DSXL.

Not me, most in-game shops are closed at that time so I might as well go to GameStop in the morning. Plus the 12 PM track is pretty decent, but if you get it at midnight the 1 AM track is amazing.

This... seems a silly question. Midnight releases are for playing at midnight. The hardest part I'm going to have is setting shop times because my sleep schedule is all over the place... bleh.

Or, you could take a nap a few hours before midnight, turn it on, set it to download and then come to the thread and geek out before it finishes downloading then playing it?

Sure it'll mess up your routine daily, but so will the game.

That's pretty much what I plan to do. I only have (only! I never imagined I'd say this) 3Mbps Internet, so it'll take an hour at top speed, and probably will take longer than that just because Murphy will conspire. I have a busy day ahead that day, so it'll work out for the best anyway to get some sleep and then take it with me

I still do get one or two every so often. There's a guy that I assume works at my local Best Buy, for instance&#8212;just hit him for the third time. I tend to stick my 3DS in my pocket whenever I'm shopping in any capacity, though.

I find the 3DS far too big to put in a pocket(on jeans at least). Usually just throw it in a bag, it still registers steps that way.

Being reminded me that they were coming out has saved me the trouble as this thread was seriously making me want to boot up city life again...

Seasons is more actiony and Ages was more puzzley, of the two I personally preferred Seasons (it was also the one I got first, so that could also be the reason).

The biggest problem with West Michigan is that it's so spread out. My daughter and I used to get some hits at RiverTown mall (particularly during the 3DS' first Christmas) but even that's dried up.

I think I brought my 3DS with to Rivertown like, once, and got no streetpasses.

Just remember, whichever Oracle you dive into first, finish it before opening the other. You get a password at the end that you use to start a new game in the other.

They're fantastic games, but I don't believe they're as good as Link's Awakening (although if you're going in mainly for the dungeons/puzzles, you may prefer them to Awakening).

Like what Robin64 said, it's better to view them as a whole. I found myself preferring Seasons compared to Ages, personally.
