Sucks that we're at the point where people don't think its worth making new threads from fear of others ruining it.

I'd say go for it though.

It's probably better to leave it here. Create new thread -> unfunny guy will post something kinect/drm/vhs/tivo/no games related first post -> the usual suspects quote with "lol" "nailed it" "oh god i'm dead" "and we are done" -> 1 out of 20 users would actually discuss seriously the actual thread.

Indeed it is. Not entirely unexpected, but it is fast become pretty annoying to see post after post of 'dat first post' and the like.

True, but it can't hurt to see what happens. Try to filter it out and just chat about the topic instead, that's what I've been doing in all threads over the past couple of weeks. It can be frustrating though.

Sony threads are infected with practically the same with people spamming Kaz gifs and the like.

It's up now though, so let's see how it goes.
 
I'd like to say I'm still super-excited about this press conference. I'm just trying to avoid all the Microsoft related threads because they've all become unbearable at this point with peoples saying the same negative shit over and over again.

I'm really hoping we get to see a lot of Quantum Break, because I pretty much know it's going to be interesting. Remedy hasn't let me down yet.

I didn't know about this studio, any idea who's part of it and what they could possibly be working on?

Also I didn't realise MS announced a studio in Japan, going through their list of studios on wiki makes them seem actually pretty strong.

Any of you guys expecting GTA V to be shown during the conference? Even if it's Don Mattrick rolling up his sleeve to reveal a tattoo? Time-exclusive DLC sounds plausible to me.
 
I don't think Illumiroom will become a product, it's just their way of showing how games with Fortaleza glasses will look like.

if it ever did, and came with the xbox one. it would have been a system seller for me. i was honestly blown away with what i saw from that video . really amazing innovation. too bad i too don't see it coming or being supported from every developer.

Are people getting their expectations low after what that saw from the xbox one reveal? I know microsoft said they have 15 exclusives, but i doubt we will see them all at e3. A 90 minute show divided by 15 mean 6 minutes for each game. I dont see it happening.

I don't think anyone is expecting them to reveal all 15 First Party games during e3.

Absolutely not, remember they said the first year, so these 15 exclusives include next holiday too.

I actually think 15 is a bit low.

That said 360 had 7 Microsoft published titles in the first year, so it's definitely an increase.

Even if we get 10-12, that's still an absurd amount of games

We also have tons of new third party games out there as well.

Like... What did we really have at E3 2005? It was so barren.

Kameo, PDZ, Gears... Alan Wake...

That was it for first party games iirc

Doubt they show 15 exclusives, but this is a Generation of GAMES revealed so i expect excitement. besides that they keep making clear that it's nothing but "games games games" so im semi hyped
 
I expect 8 of their 15 published titles to make a show, with a further 2 at Games con or TGS. Then the next 5 to be at E3 2014.

Remember 09 where we basically had 3 exclusives announced by trailers within a 5 minute span. They totally have time to show what they want.
 
I want them to show whatever black tusk is working on, they been hyping them up for a while they have to show case right?
