Not to nit-pick, but Titansfall isn't exclusive if it's on PC, and if it's coming to PS4 a year later. Unless of course he said only one "timed console exclusive", then this might not be the game he was referring to(?)

I was hoping some big news from Konami would raise my attitude a little over the weekend so I could be excited for Monday but, with them dropping the ball and being lackluster, I'm not too hyped going into next week. Maybe a small leak or something will get the juices going. I'm just being silly.

It's definitely the game he's referring to (he's confirmed it). MS only cares that it won't be available on a PS console for a certain amount of time. So it's an exclusive.

Konami is not first party, and they didn't show a MGSV trailer for obvious reasons.
Because either Sony or MS are going to have a demo of the game and a next gen announcement.

Fellow Gaffers with lower expectation should indeed need to have fresh air. Sony will be fine. It is good thing that nothing has been leaked from there side. Its not that MS have every third party under their umbrella. So relax. Just 4 more days and things will clear.
