I think the key word is "intermittently" in that tweet- that tells me he's probably talking about system exclusives and not DRM or pricing. If it were the latter, we would be mad the entire day, not just "intermittently" angry.

yeah, intermittently does suggest that this is based on some significant third party exclusives on each system which will make people mad for a period of time. At least, I hope that's what he means
