Honestly. Tomb Raider is coming out on PS+ eventually. Maybe not before next year. But I think you can wait it out. I expect it in december. But just think, if we can get DMC 6 months later on PS+. ANYTHING is possible.

There was a leak for EU PSN a month ago and so far it has been 100% spot on
I haven't played the sequel yet (can't wait for the Tuesday update) but I don't think you -have- to play 999 in order to enjoy a sequel. While I think it's a fantastic game, if you're itching to play VLR then just read everything you can about 999 and dive into VLR.

No, it isn't. That game was free a long time ago on PS+ so I tried it. It's just not worth the (short) time to finish it. It's a mediocre game without any appeal at all.
From the demo I've played it's seems really fun and it looks great, but I had other games to play so I didn't bother getting it at launch with its original price. But I think it's worth getting at $3.75, at least for me

It's like playing a demo for a half finished game with crap visuals, choppy framerate, and a pain to control on top of all that.
Which in all was kind of a shame since the games premise really had potential. But unfortunately it all just kinda died on the vine. All of which becomes painfully apparent when you beat the game after about 3-4 hours and think to yourself "was that it?"

Hydrophobia was crap, but I still finished it after it was given for free on PS+, there was some fun security camera stuff you could do. Still I wouldn't spend 60 cents on it. 100 copies of Hydrophobia do not equal 1 copy of TLOU.

No, you have to make a US account and sub from that. Don't worry, making a US account is easy - buying US PS+ in the UK is, however, quite a bit more effort. i dunno, maybe Amazon is your friend?

How in the hell do you save in XCOM Enemy Unknown!? Just lost an hour of progress in it because the tutorial seemingly lasted for fucking ever and there was no save option in the menu so I assumed it autosaved.

Press start at anytime to get to the options menu. You can save/reload/adjust sound/etc from there.
Edit- if you're playing on Ironman, you only get 1 save file that just gets auto saved over after every action you take.
You have to enable auto saving in the options menu.
Saving should be enabled almost anywhere though. You can't save while choosing abilities in combat or (I think) while in the base building/purchase menus at the base.

I guess it varies person to person. Tried the demo recently and I had a blast. Worth $3.75 for me.
