Soft of course. Hard tacos just crumble like your hopes and dreams every time you bite into one.

I'M FINISHED!

Um exCUSE me Sakurai but CLEARLY the best choice for Smash Bros would be my fav niche character HOWEVER you are clearly INCOMPETENT and
Just to make it clear, crispy tacos were invented by Taco Bell and are NOT part of authentic Mexican cooking.

Hard-shell tacos predate Taco Bell.

Agreed. I prefer soft tacos. They usually taste better and they're easier to eat. Having a hard taco fall apart is so annoying.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.
The difference between a taco and a burrito is that one is folded and one is wrapped. But burritos are arguably gringo food anyway. My sister's in-laws refuse to eat them for that reason. They're dumb and close-minded, though.

Hard tacos. If I'm going to have a soft tortilla, I want a damn sight more filling than what goes into the average taco. I can't even understand the point of ordering soft tacos at a place that sells burritos. It's like ordering little burritos with hardly anything in them. So it's hard tacos and burritos for me.

Soft shell for life. Hard shells fall apart, and soft tortillas taste better. I mean, I'll eat hard shells, because I love tacos, but given the choice it's soft shell every time.

Soft tacos. Hard tacos are for cavemen and people who haven't discovered the functional glory of soft tacos.

Won't miss the crunch much either.

Hard shell brings back memories of eating them at Taco Bell when I was little.

I splurge on them sometimes, but like soft shells much better.

Hard tacos are awesome, the problem is they dont put good meat in them. An al pastor hard taco would be some next level shit

I used to prefer hard tacos, but now my preference is soft. Easier to carry around, don't make a mess if it cracks and spills, and not as harsh on my teeth.

Actually soft tacos are made with corn tortillas and burritos are made with flour tortillas. Different texture and taste.

Authenticity is not necessary for shit to taste good. Panda Express has good Orange Chicken , hard tacos can be good too.

Yep, pollo too. Rolled or folded hard shell tacos are a quick tasty Mexican classic.

Yup in southern california theres a gang of people that sell food from inside their house/apartment buildings. Walk in there and order your tacos dorados, posole, sopes etc. Grab your self a coke too and sit down on the table and eat inside someone else's house. Or you can get some soft tacos from the roach coach parked on the street.

I want to know how to make the best tacos.

Anyone here make really good tacos?

In the case of Mexican fried hard shell tacos its gong to come down to how you top them and that is a matter preference. You can top them with every Mexican condiment you can think of.

I prefer soft tacos just cause thats what I grew up on. Hard shell tacos are gross unless they fry a freshly made tortilla when making the taco.
