Weather effects on a VITA?! Downloading this now.

I thought it was rain, but it's actually water coming down from the shore. Although it's essentially rain in that it looks like rain and acts like rain, lol. Just confined to the shoreline itself.

^ Holy fuck those screens are pretty X____________________X

Not a big FPS guy but, woah.

Also, what kind of game is Spelunky? Can you do online with it?

Thanks! Guess I'll get rid of Killzone Liberation. Wasn't really hyped about Killzone in the first place but I can't wait to try this out.

Ahh...Killzone Liberation. One of my fave PSP games. I loved it...but I never finished it. Very unique game. Should've expanded on that game.

These Killzone matches take way too long and I have no idea how the other team won when we killed more of the other team.

This is not Calla Doody. Objectives will win you the match.

I already promised a code for AgentOtaku still have a spare, these are US codes, any takers?
First person who posts a joke gets it.

Spelunky is local multiplayer only on all versions. Online is leaderboards only. It's a freaking awesome game though. Platformer with rogue-like elements--randomly generated levels and when you die you start over from scratch. If you're not a Dark Souls kinda guy/gal, you might not enjoy it though. It's very similar in punishing the shit out of you for the smallest mistake.

Walking Dead Vita (retail copy) was supposed to arrive in GameStop stores tomorrow...but now its doubtful :0(

They've removed the streetdate, but they are unaware as to when this week, the copies will arrive (Friday likely). If it weren't for VanWinkle hooking up a KZM code, I'd be a bit more bummed (have tomorrow off, was the plan to play TWD). I've been looking forward to a PSV version (held off on it original release with hopes) - and now that its arriving, I'm sad it'll be late.

Sigh.

I love my Vita, but the damn 3DS has had a steady stream of releases that've kept me glued to that handheld. I can't wait for the amazing stream of PSV content (KZ, Tearaway, Rayman Legends and Batman) ^_^

Any impressions out there on the Vita version of Rayman Legends?

That's the version I want to get, for the glorious OLED screen.

That was me for like a whole year. Now that SMT4 and AA5 are done with though there's literally nothing on the horizon/announced that I'm interested in. Came back to the vita to play catch up, quite a few games I'm looking forward to, got taken with the quality of the hardware again, and this recent sale is definitely helping.

Used a beta code (thanks to VanWinkle), but the system is hung up in preparing to download....?

Edit: Restarted and now working!

Now I'll put my CoDBOD skills to use ^_-

A bug that's been around for a couple months. You have to restart the system. After that, go to the PS Store, hit the "..." button, go to your download list, and it will be there. Should work after the restart.

P4G people:

What the hell should I be doing at night if I've read all books and maxed all SLINKs from the jobs?

I have free evenings and NO IDEA what to do with them.

Raise stats, fish to finish sidequests. Unless you're on a NG+ with carried over stats I don't think you should be running out of nighttime activities until very late into the game.

In the year I've owned the Vita, I've played 55 full/PSN games that have a trophy list and platinumed 17 of the (soon to be 18). This does not include upcoming purchases such as Spelunky next week or Muramasa (and maybe Dragon's Crown/DoA5+ tomorrow).

I have owned a 3DS XL since May. I have acquired pretty much every game I could ever want in it's library already (with the new Zelda releasing in November). I even bought a few games like RE:Revelations because I got it for $10 and didn't want to pay $50 for the PC version yet. With all that in mind, the total games I have or am interested in (not including Zelda or Mirror of Fate [which just got an HD port announced]) on the platform is 10 or less.

Go figure. Everybody's different I guess. ;)

Maxed out Dojima and Nanako yet?

Yes.
But even if I hadn't, I'm in November... so...

I am on NG+. Finishing out the platinum... need the "all SLINKs MAX" trophy, the "complete the compendium", the two "hard" "optional" bosses, and the 12 persona fusion.
Stats are full. Fishing is done. Books are done.
I'm really not looking forward to just going home and sleeping...
I also have no need to work, as I have over 3 million yen.

I can't get into a game on KZ:M anymore. :/ Keep getting network errors.

Same here. Although I've owned 3DS longer than the Vita (which I got launch day), I own about 10x more games on Vita.

Vita bros.

I have a US code for the Killzone M beta. Not sure how it works, I think you have to be PS+ member or something?

Anyway. If you know how to use it it is your to keep.

First one to reply to this post gets it via PM.

Cheers!

Edit: Gone!

I'll take it off your hands ( ・ ー・ )

It's a damn shame that KZ:M won't have bots. If I do purchase, I guess I'll get it when it's cheap a year from now or whenever. It's not like the story can entertain me for more than a few hours.

My friend was asking me to recommend him games on the Vita (he's probably going to get one around Christmas). I just told him what I had and he was shocked at all the games I've purchased in a year. :P

He was also surprised at the price of the games, especially since 3DS games are super overpriced imho.

Killzone's kind of boring without the large maps and player count. Maybe this just isn't a good map.

And the FOV feels awful. Wish I could tweak it.

I'm in the same boat. Even if online multiplayer was (hypothetically) flawless I'd still need a robust single-player mode or offline bot matches to make the game worth full-price to me. I just don't get to play online enough to justify a purchase. So as beautiful as KZ:M is I'm going to have to pass.

I'm seriously considering buying soul sacrifice but every time I go into the store to buy it. I stop my self for whatever reason :/ maybe its because I'm not really into that genre of gamrs . ugh.
