Still can't believe Nintendo hasn't put up a complete set of new rewards in the shop. It's been so long :/
Whew! Made it in the nick of time.
Seriously though, this is by far the quickest I've ever made platinum. Of course, buying Nintendo hardware never hurts.
Hah. No I was just being a goof. See, you actually have about 11 more months to make platinum before the next calendar year.sweet! why nick of time.. did a something already end? :O
I got an email for bonus survey too, but mine was all about Swapnote.Just got an email about a bonus 10 coin survey about the eShop. Basically just asked about what's good and bad about the eShop.
I'm pretty sure the expiration date only speaks to adding the credit to your eShop account. Once it's in there, it's yours 'til you use it.Does anyone know if I just have to redeem the $30 credit before the end of September, or the credit expires then?
All that overstock of old DS and Wii rewards and random knick-knacks nobody wants... NoA should open Club Nintendo to some smaller market countries in the region to dump all this old stuff to.Still can't believe Nintendo hasn't put up a complete set of new rewards in the shop. It's been so long :/

You have to link it first or you won't get the coins (I've lost a bunch of coins because of that).Got a new Wii U, waiting for Nintendo to get back to me in regards to getting my CN unlinked from my old NNID to link to my new one... with that being said, if I bought games from the eshop before linking, would I still get the coins for them once I get it linked, or should I wait to purchase anything from the eshop until then?
You have to link it first or you won't get the coins.
You hit Platinum for the year, which will end on June 30, 2014.
You get to choose whether you want the Platinum pirze or the Gold prize for this year (we won't know what it is until the year ends).
Your Platinum or Gold prize will not cost you any coins, so you can spend your coins on whatever you want, whenever you want, so long as your coins don't expire.
When you perform the transfer, the XL will ask if you want to link the account to club nintendo. You can do it then.
guys, I got the $30 dollar coupon of Fire Emblem + SMT 4... but I'm not sure if I spend it on the 3DS or the WiiU...
I already have the code, anyone knows when it expires? (if it ever expires), I'm kinda waiting for something cool on the eshop to spend it.
thanks.
http://club2.nintendo.com/30/The code must be redeemed within the Nintendo eShop by December 31st, 2013.

You have to redeem the code before the end of the year but you don't have to spend the credit right away.
I believe you have until the end of 2013 to actually use your code
I was in the same position but then EarthBound dropped on Wii U, and my decision got made for me![]()
did you try a different browser? The website is very finicky at times. So, uh, I've been throwing my head at this problem for the past half hour and decided that this seems a better place to ask (and do) than anything else. The Club Nintendo site, uh, isn't actually letting me sign up. I get most of it done, put in my birth-date, username, address, etc, checked if I've checked off the Terms and Services, and finalize... then it kicks me back to the Club Nintendo home-page. And I don't get a confirmation eMail or anything like that. And yes, I've checked my spam folder. I've tried with more than a few eMail addresses, and wanted to know if anyone else ran into this problem? I'd love to get this done before the SMTIV + FE:A promotion ends.

New prizes better be good this time. Haven't had one that appealed to me in a while. Two more days until new digital prizes. Hope they are accompanied by new physical ones.

You mean like those Pikmin and TW101 tshirts? Yeah I would probably get them if they were offered too. They need to bring us those shirts, I have no idea why NOA refuses to add them.
At the very least, the games can eventually be upgraded on WiiU for dirt cheap.I like the game prizes better than physical ones
But REALLY, they should start offering some WiiU games. Its getting ridiculous.
Okay people... I have kind of a problem with my CN Account and I don't know where else to post this. I trust you guys.
The thing is that I'm not from the US, I'm from Chile. It's not something rare to have a Club Nintendo account and just use your coins for the monthly free digital game and stuff, just taking advantage of a service that should be not only in North America but Central and South America, too. Lately I had something like 1200 coins (gotten by purchasing new games here and my new Nintendo 3DSXL) and two SMTxFE $30 promo codes gotten by me and my sister buying the games (I registered one pair in my own account and another in my sister's linked family account created just for that. She decided to gift me the code thanks to my birthday coming up and I used both on my console).
The problem is that this August 27 I noticed that I couldn't enter my Club Nintendo account since it was locked. Sent an e-mail to customer support and I received this response:
Then, I turned my 3DS on and Cave Story, a game that I bought the 22 of August thanks to my FExSMTIV promo money dissapeared from my main menu. Searching on my account activity in the eShop I found this (I'll link some photos when I get home):

It seems that Nintendo decided that my account was weird or something and pulled the money from one of the SMTxFE promos and the content/games bought with that money. AND also decided to lock down my CN account.
Now, I would call their customer attention number (it's free on Skype) but my situation here as you can see is really complicated. My spoken English is not really THAT good and I don't have a real US address. Not mentioning that the whole "Please have your reference number ready at the time of the call" quote makes me think they will try and call it...
What would you recommend me to do? I really feel like losing a lot with this, and potentially losing my CN account at top of it is... really really bad. Not only games are overpriced here, but sometimes really hard to get by.
Please, what do you think of this? Can anybody shed some light or/and try to help? It would be very, VERY much appreciated.
PS: Sorry for my English, not my natural language so maybe some stuff can be confusing. Feel free to ask me anything.
