I will agree that Other M Ridley is disproportionate.
There's something about the textures that really bothers me too. It's too vainy or something.
I sort of like the hexagon-ish wings though.

I guess they made the arms too beefy or something? I don't care what he looks like in Smash, but that's what struck me right before the fight in Other M.

I know for a fact I was in the thread more than the game. It was an absolute blast.

PaRappa, Sly Cooper, and Sir Dan alone are what sold me on the game. Oddly enough, I ended up playing Sweet Tooth the most (and I don't really care for Twisted Metal).

I actually forgot about that one! I had it for such a short amount of time.
As an avid fan of the game even i have to admit i was somewhat disappointed with the final roster. My most played character was Dante and ive never even played a DMC game...
In their defense though not having guys like Cloud and Crash and Spyro wasnt really by choice. Ah well.
Anyway, Sonic pretty much confirmed for smash ya?
Give it a minute or two, and I'm sure lol.
I'm pretty sure we're seeing Ridley in some form in Smash, Playable or not.

I was initially really hyped for PSAS, but I kind of got disenchanted with it as more and more info was revealed. Like the "super" system really didn't jibe with me, and I wasn't happy with many of the character choices. I still think the stage fusion idea was cool, though. I didn't end up buying the game, but my friend did and we've played it together a few times. It's not too bad, really. A fun game to play with friends, for sure.
I still want to try out the game regardless, is it still worth playing?
Sakurai said no more story mode right? So no more boss battles? Ridley as stage hazard or sticker then.

You should try it for the gameplay then. I didn't really like it.
To put it in perspective: The Cartoon network smash clone is worth it more
There's absolutely a ton of flaws with it, but It's a fun game. It's no Smash Brothers, but it's worth a try or two. The gameplay isn't for everyone though. I enjoyed it a whole lot though.
Absolutely, i loved my time with it. And a great party game. Unlike smash you still have to learn combos to be successful in most situations. That was my favorite part of the game actually.
Bosses can still exist without story. Maybe they can put it part of Classic Mode?

Yeah, that would've been a proper sendoff. Instead we got angry GoW character no. 2, and Isaac who is a pretty broken character to add to the balance troubles.
I'm interested to see just what they will do with the weird Fall patch if it does come out. I won't get back into it at this point but it would be nice if they try to fix up the balance for real this time.

PS All Stars wouldn't have been much better of a purchase though. It's a fun game for sure but it was something I got bored of very quickly.
Still hoping we can get a sequel to it though - the potential is there. It really could be great.

Ugh Paper Mario 3DS... I played it for like 2 hours, then i realized there was absolutely no point, no benefit at all to fighting enemies. In fact, you might even say it was nothing but a detriment. That really just destroyed my desire to play.
Paper Mario is still one of my favorite games ever though and i would really love Paper Mario in smash.
