hmmm CW>SI>Siege
I can kinda see how that would work with the X-Men events.
No way a cosmic cube takes out the tribunal.
lol Maguire's blonde's are all the same. Still like his stuff though.
Well, you did say over the last 10 years. The Xmen crossover events from "house of M/Decimation" up until AvX have more or less been chapters in one long continuous story about how mutantkind is basically gone and how the xmen are dealing with being an endangered species.
excluding the ones that are xmen specific (for the above reasons), Wiki gives me:
Avengers Disassembled (2004)
House of M (2005)
Annihilation (2005-2006)
Civil War (2006-7)
World War Hulk (2007)
Annihilation: Conquest (2008)
Secret Invasion/Dark Reign (2008)
War of Kings (2009)
Fall of the hulks/world war hulks (2009-2010)
Shadowland (2010)
Chaos War (2011)
Fear Itself (2011)
AvX (2012)
Age of Ultron (2013)
Infinity (2013)
BoTA (2013)
Annihilation/Conquest/War of Kings works as a trilogy, as does WWH/Fall of the Hulks/World War Hulks.
Avengers disassembled leads into House of M, but House of M and Civil War don't have any clear direct ties.
Secret Invasion actually branches off of Annihilation (where the skrull empire was destroyed) not civil war, per wiki. That leads into Dark Reign, and THEN seige incorporates elements of both. "heroic age" (not really an event) sort of closed this out.
"Fear itself" is sort of standalone, as is "chaos war." one isn't really the direct result of the other.
AvX is the result of the build up of a good decade's worth of storylines within Xmen (phoenix is coming back, hope is the avatar) and drags the avengers into it. it's also standalone, though shakes up the marvel status quo a bit, integrating the xmen better with the rest of the marvel U.
Age of Ultron kicks off a series of events we've been discussing for the last page. who knows how far down the rabbit hole this one will go.
I can't imagine what can kill it. Isn't the LT the second most powerful being in the marvel-verse after The One Above All? Like you said he shut down the infinity gauntlet by just saying so and I don't think there was ever a weapon more powerful then the gauntlet, right?
mostly correct. There's a one off item called the "heart of the universe" that appeared in "thanos: the end", but I'm pretty sure that thing is out of continuity, and if anyone actually HAD it, *everyone* would know about it. But yeah. for all practical intents and purposes, the LT should be unkillable.
