In a perfect world no character would be cut even from melee, I would like even pichu to return(even tho pichu evolved into brawl's pikachu) just because I dont like that characters have to be cut at all, plus they all have their own charm.

I think people put too much stock into recency. There's no indication that recency plays any sort of role in character consideration in recurring franchise. Even for non-recurring franchise, it at best gets the character noticed. Recency doesn't indicate importance, popularity, etc, just that the character has made recent appearance. Mega Man had a much harder fall from grace than King K. Rool did and yet he got in, so I don't see how King K. Rool's absence is an issue.
However, it is worth noting that Pac-Man is all but guarantee to show up. The leak that revealed Mega Man, Villager, Wii Fit Trainer also had Little Mac, Pac-Man and Mii. My guess is that the leaker either got outdated information or Nintendo caught wind of the leak and changed when the latter three would be revealed. Either way, it's safe to say that Little Mac, Pac-Man and Mii are all in this game. After Pac-Man, however, I think Sakurai is done with third-parties.

I'm one of the 5 existing non-furry Krystal fans. Having said that I really do think her bus has come and gone, especially with Wolf making an appearance previously.
She was really prominent during StarFox Command and had some questionable story paths which brought more to her and her role within the franchise but with there being no word on anything StarFox for the past six or seven years besides SF64 I don't know if she'd be "relevant". Though I think with Smash Bros, relevance can sometimes go out of the window since the game is all about celebrating Nintendo history - unless you're a fan of Rareware/StarFox, her backstory isn't all that relevant to Nintendo as a whole.
Regardless, I really was disappointed with the lack of female characters in Brawl, and of course the main reason people think she'd be a worthy contender is because her staff abilities Fox uses in SF Adventures seem like a great fit for moveset potential. WFT is an amazing female addition and if the female Villager doesn't appear as an easy-alternate costume I will be disappointed.
And I also think it would be totally cool to see Takamaru appear as a retro character. The Nintendoland stage is a great way to introduce him to western audiences too and hopefully give way to a Kid Icarus-esque renaissance.

I never liked Krystal because I thought she was a terribad character in Command. I've never played the GC titles much but she was awful in Assault's multiplayer. I also can't stand her design (everyone had really bad designs over the years though).
The fanbase (mainly the creepy side) did contributed to my dislikes towards her, but not by much. I just don't find anything likeable about her.

Mega Man is the main character of his series and there haven't been a recent revival of Mega Man games without Mega Man. I don't think the characters' two situations are comparable at all.
The guy who works at the site it was posted to posted the six characters as a "joke" in the SSB4 prediction topic a day or so before the game was unveiled at E3. At the very least we know it wasn't made up by the site.
It was a GAF post who got apparently insider info but shrugged it off and posted it for "unlikely characters" as his predictions. This occured a day before the E3 reveal, and he did not edit his post, otherwise we'd see the edited timestamp.

I wouldnt be a starfox fanboy if I didnt like most or all the characters in starfox. From my impression of krystal, she's relatively unoffensive besides the creepy fanart and the people who're against any romance in general I dont think she's done enough to deserve it
