New Nintendo Direct Tomorrow [WiiU/3DS, games releasing later this year]

Add some VC games like A Link to the past, details for upcming updates for both Wii U and 3DS and unveil a new fighter and you have a great ND. There will probably be some surprise announcements too.
 
All I need right now is more info on ALBW, without heavy spoilers. Just some random tidbits and more of its beautiful OST!
 
I'm pretty hyped to see what they are going to review for our fall/winter games.


Honestly, I don't expect anything for Smash in this Direct because we just got our reveal few days ago with Toon Link.

Come on Nintendo, PLEASE give me more Super Mario 3D World info this time. I'm fucking jonesing for a new Mario game, this lack of info is making me go into withdrawal. The last direct made me go crazy over the lack of 3D World info x_x

But besides that, can't say I'm especially excited for anything else. I'm not expecting too many surprises here...

Oh whoops, not that into Pokemon so assumed those weekly website things came with their own directs/videos.

It's been announced on Thursday, and we've been discussing it since then. Emily Rogers even implied (well, pretty much confirmed) there'd be an update next week.

Oh, yup. That's true. But we heard nothing, saw no screenshot/video for SM3DW since E3. As you've said, It's pretty much 100% guaranteed we'll get some news during this Direct. Also makes me wonder if it'll get a special game-specific direct closer to launch?
 
It's mostly going to focus on stuff that's already announced for release this year, so it probably won't be too exciting.

Hopefully they drop a release date for Bayonetta 2, though.
 
I'm hoping they might finally have a launch date for Nintendo TVii in the UK. Otherwise just tell us it's never coming and remove the icon.
 
Oh man, the way it's announced I suspect it won't even be about/have the update.

This is the most dehyped direct for me. Right now I only expect new video material for everything we know and no surprises whatsoever - no, N64 VC, no GBA VC, no Account System, no Summer Update (we need more time...).

Just videos of Pokemon and Zelda HD, Wii U Party and a glimpse at Donkey Kong and Sonic. Thats it - Maybe CoD Ghosts.

It IS coming this year, though they never gave any precise date. I have to admit, their silence is kinda worrying, but then again, the year isn't over yet.

There's only been 2 directs for Pokemon.

With the way they've been going on lately (weekly info), I hope they do have new info this week, just to squeeze that hype until release.

You know, like confirming Hawlucha or something.

They said they were planning it at E3/maybe later, and it's been almost two years since Skyward Sword released so I wouldn't be too surprised if they were far enough along to at least reveal it, though I doubt it. The most I see coming from this direct is: SM3DW, DKTF, Wii U Party, Sonic Lost World. A Link Between World, Wii Fit U, Wind Waker HD, Mario and Sonic 2014, and Pokemon X & Y info.
 
Wii u update available immediately after direct. Calling it now. Looking forward to seeing more mario. Is there any more sonic info that they could share? Not far from launch right?

Europe is a vast place, it implies a lot of contracts wih broadcasting companies, they'll speak about it as soon as it will be ready to launch. (sooner than later hopefully)
 
Games releasing this year? So, they are officially skipping the Fall blowout this year, hm? :( Oh well, I guess we'll get new info on X in January then...

To be honest, if Nintendo hyped me now, I could see myself buying the Wind Waker bundle next month. But, right now, I feel just indifferent to everything they put out this year.

I thought they always had separate teams for the handheld and console games. The Wii U game probably has been in full production for a while now.

They could pop in a character or two for Smash like what they did with Luigi.
 
Looking forward to system update details. Not expecting anything in terms of surprises.

Something that reassures people about Mario would be nice, you can't even discuss the game without people complaining about it's existence.

Sonic and All Stars Racing Transformed is an awesome game. If they can mix that with Mario Kart 8, I'd be all over it. Yes! Sonic Racing X MarioKart would be amazing.
 
Well it's finally time to see what 3D World is all about. THey better bring it. I don't need to see any more of LBW. Donkey Kong I also get the gist of and don't need to see many more levels.
 
I hope they talk about the Virtual Console. That's really it for me, if they do that I'll be happy. (Specifically GBA or N64 VC)
