1080p resolution may not be important to you, but I wouldn't call it "slight".

It's a large part of the reason why many people are upgrading and shelling out 400-500 dollars for next generation systems.

Like I said, texture detail, polygon count, map size, audio quality, frame rate, all of these contribute to a game, not just resolution.
I've been "rendering" 720p games on my PC since 2002 or something like that, it's just a small factor.

Because the $500 next gen system can't run a cross gen launch game at 1080p, which in 2013 should be the standard for all games, while the $400 system can.

Difficult to tell just how different since I'm on my crappy little phone at work, so I'd have to check thread again when I get home.

Other than that, I decided to take what he said at face value at this time and will judge for myself as time goes by and more and more info comes to light.

If you didn't like what I said or the manner in which I phrased it, don't know what to tell ya, man :/ Nothing was stated with the intent to bother you, personally.

I haven't bought a COD since Modern Warfare 2 and was mulling over getting Ghosts for ps4, so I don't really have a horse in the xbone race. If it ends up looking crappy on one system or both or neither, so be it.

At least Penello bothered to post in the thread, half the time reps from companies won't even do that. Seems like kind of a "damned either way" scenario, though.

Anyway, the likelihood that I'll buy an xbone is pretty much zero after all the crap ms has pulled, so I'll take a look later on when it releases for ps4 and come to a decision then on whether I figure it's worth getting Ghosts.

Edit: Finally saw the image and yeah, I agree, it's horrible. If that's the extent of it on Xbone then it's pretty bad. Ah well, if I get the game it'll be for PS4 anyway.
