You could probably get away with it by using a fake US address like people do with purchasing of PSN cards.

PSN titles themself are region locked so you would still need a US psn account.

Yeah that's cool. My real question is whether or not fake addresses and overseas Paypal/credit card accounts will work with this. From what someone posted in the thread, the billing address of the cards has to be US based which suggests that its pretty muchr region locked.
