Aaaand this is why they don't ship out strictly by order date. They try to calculate things so consoles don't get delivered early (because Sony will care. Nobody cares if you get your launch game early, but the console? That's a deal.) They miscalculated in this case.

I'm scared to try the in-facility pickup option now since it says on day of scheduled delivery and now they fucked up the scheduled delivery date. I've had it change in the past though so I'll try again later tonight.

I'm near Cincy and my stuff usually ships pretty fast due to the large number of warehouses and shipping hubs nearby (*fingers crossed*)
 
Besides the Walmart TV & Kayak heist and intercept I'm also going to try to create a job in GTAO around PS4 delivery and shipping madness.
 
Mine shipped last night at about 1 am CST. Only thing is, when I try to track it, UPS can only tell me that the shipping label was created on 11/13/13 and once the package arrives at their facility the tracking status and delivery date will be updated. This makes me nervous simply because my delivery date still doesn't seem to be set in stone despite being shipped last night.
 
I had to change my payment method (there was an issue with my previous card), and now my delivery estimate is on the 19th... =/

They're still preparing my shipment, but since I'm in Seattle I hope I can still get it tomorrow.

Same thing here but it was due to my amazon cc points. Was talking to someone in chat this morning and all they could say was sorry and that maybe I'll still get it tomorrow. :(

So I ordered ac4 and injustice with my b1g1 coupon amazon sent me. I did this an hour ago. Assassins creed is now listed as shipping now whereas my PS4 is still listed as preparing to ship, wtf amazon.
 
Amazon just changed my NBA 2K to SHIPPING NOW.

Any update from folks who ordered through Gamestop.com? Getting worried that there's been no word, not even a charge on my card.
 
I preordered through futureshop. It status has been 'In Progress' all week. My guess is they are going to wait until tomorrow and then ship it rather then shipped it so it is delivered friday.
 
Damn UPS site still says 11-18. I'm getting nervous. I wanna pick it up at the customer care center, but I don't want to screw it up. Ugh!!!

Just got a text from Amazon that my PS4 has shipped!!!
But it now says launch edition???
 
Woke up to the horrible news that Amazon was having trouble with my card, so I changed the card and shipment changed from Tomorrow to Tuesday! :( jumped into a chat with Amazon and a very helpful rep changed shipping method to One day delivery which gets it here tomorrow! Phew! Thanks Amazon!

Still seems like they are cutting it close! My games went through ok, but they are still showing "shipping soon"

Sure am, I'm willing to bet Sony halved the cost of overnight shipping or something, seeing as they didn't want them to go out early. I bet they will be shipped here in the next few hours and arrive tomorrow, unless they are shipped overnight there is no way they will be here.

This is amazon and a console launch we're talking about though. I'm pretty sure they won't mess this up.

Same thing happened to me. I find it odd that changing to another form of payment pushes the shipping back but customer service got mine bumped up to overnight (I paid the difference) and it's showing tomorrow as a delivery date again.
 
Have 2 orders, one for myself and one for my brother. Ordered mine on June 13 his on June 30.

Mine in FL says Shipping now (for hours), his in OR is Preparing for Shipment (for hours).

My friend just called Future Shop, here's what he just texted me:

"Spoke with FutureShop. They won't be shipping until tomorrow. Shipping takes 3-5 business days. So I probably won't have mine until next Friday. :-/"

Screw this. I'm canceling, going to Walmart.

Yes, calling or chatting with a CSR should get it bumped back up. I didn't even have to pay the difference.
