My order to FL for myself just shipped!!! Says should arrive by 8PM tomorrow still...

The other order to OR is still prepping.

I highly doubt they will ship everything on time, and I am still doubting I will get mine tomorrow. I order through amazon a lot and always use the prime 2 day shipping, half the time it arrives in 3-4 days.

it didn't say it would be ready for pickup on the 15th? I got an email for my preorder stand that said it would be ready tomorrow and instructions.
 
Amazon says they've shipped it, but UPS says they haven't gotten it yet.

So I guess in Amazonian, "Shipped" just means "it's in the shipping department downstairs".

It's set for two-day delivery, they'd better get that shit here tomorrow.
 
Not sure why a lot of people are raising their pitchforks towards Amazon. It's not even Friday yet. If you ordered launch edition with prime, and THEN you don't receive it by 8 tomorrow, then you can complain.

After three chats, it became clear that they have a problem with processing international orders who used gift cards shortly before launch. They see in their system that the orders have been fully paid, but the system doesn't acknowledge it, and so the shipping of these orders isn't initiated.

The exact words from the CSA were:

Ok, it looks like the issue may actually lie a little deeper because after some research it looks like other are also having some issues updating payment for these International PS4 orders.

I do see where those Gift Cards were applied to your order but the issue lies with our system in that the order isn't actually updating with the new Gift Card funds.

I've been told that they're doing their best to solve this problem as fast as possible. They still expect my order to ship today, but they can't guarantee it.

At least they said that my place in line isn't in danger. As soon as this problem is solved, my order will ship.

In the meantime, I got a free PS4 game of my choice for this mess (and another issue that doesn't belong in this thread). :-)

When I changed mine it showed the location it would be held at.

That is what "Shipping Now" usually means I think. Waiting to get picked up. I am in the same boat, I have a tracking number but there are no updates or scans yet.

Amazon says this.

"Package has left seller facility and is in transit to carrier "
But it has been like that for over 12 or so hours. I am thinking that UPS just hasn't updated my tracking number. Or it really has been in transit non stop, which I doubt.

Mines been shipping now for 19 hours and I'm in full scale panic mode..no tracking number no nothing.
 
ok, I'm getting frustrated... My knack launch day bundle from amazon still doesn't show it's been processed yet, but I called them yesterday and this morning and they assured me that it's guaranteed to arrive tomorrow (even received an email from customer service stating it's guaranteed to be delivered tomorrow). My question is, if they say it's "guaranteed", but it doesn't show up when they promised what repercussions are there? Are they going to compensate me or is it just a worthless tagline they throw out there to get people to buy from them. I'm not trying to get something for nothing, but I took off work to get this so I'll be pissed if I wasted a workday and potential to make money (work on commission) for nothing...
 
Amazon hasn't updated tracking info since last night when it "left facility and is in transit to the carrier" and the tracking number via UPS doesn't tell me anything yet. :(

I'd start calling lawyers around town just in case you are wronged.
