To you, yes. However, what happened a few weeks back is that Sakurai stopped posting it at 5pm JST which he always did, and posted it before at a non-set time. He actually shifted it before DST came into effect.

Before Daylight Savings, I think they were consistently between 11p-12:30a (PST) right? After Daylight Savings they were a bit earlier. (11p-11:30p PST). So it is out of the norm, but maybe he's adjusting again.

Or maybe it's just whenever they get around to it haha
