I'm not saying it will happen (maybe multiple platforms is too resource intensive for the size of the team) but it's definitely not out of the realm of possibility.

Pretty sure I'm at the point now where I firmly believe this is for Persona 4: Arena 2's official announcement (I know it was announced a while back, but I mean 'announced announced').

After playing P4 for the first time this past June(p4g) this announcement can't come any quicker. One of my favorite RPGs of all time along with Xenogears and Suikoden 2. I honestly thought the days of me getting into an RPG were over once I had a kid and hit 30. But man o man such a fun light hearted game with great characters and great music. So I am excite for Sunday
Ugh... "Announced announced"? What does this even mean? They showed a P4A2 trailer for event #3 and the game is releasing next week on the 28th. What in the world would you expect them to say more of?

why they are doing that??? I even began my 3rd run in P4G to kill the time.
Possible timeline: P4G normal ending->P4A->P4A2->P4v2->P5. P4v2 will begin after true ending of P4G. My thoughts about story:
Misterious bad guy from Arena helps Adachi escape the prison. And they begin to kidnad ppl. P4+P3 cast cooperates against them. College years, Marie can be party member. P5: Elizabeth find the way to free Minato, P3 cast asks Investigation team to help them out. Epilogue - Yu vs Minato final fight

Given how JRPG's struggled so much during last gen, i'd prefer for it to be on a platform that's safe. So the Vita would really be the best place for it. The userbase is already there waiting for it, so they'd have no worries about how it'd perform. After that the PS3 would be the next safest choice. Then the next-gen platforms after that.

As for the teasers and stuff, I wouldn't be surprised if all of the P3 and P4 characters play a role in whatever P5 is.

Persona 4 Arena character themes. Persona 2 music is much better.
P3 -> P4 -> P4A -> P4 for the music, it seems.

I really hope it was just a unique way to display the teaser. I love the P3 cast and like the P4 cast, but I want to meet new people.

Only thing we've seen so far shows noisy still images resembling P4 gas station, P3 dormitory, etc. Speculation that these are coming from IRL images that some old and new (P5?) art is based on.

While I want something Persona related, am I the only one terrified with this announcement? I will go into hiatus with another Persona. It would be good and bad mixed into one ball of Persona goodness. Welp, tell my husband and kids I love 'em. I kid, but still.
